Finally a repair man that can repair appliances

Bill repaired a washing machine and a refrigerator that I had been told were not able to be repaired.

I recommend him without any hesitation to repair what is broken. I think he is very honest and competent.

I must add this note. I had Island Appliance to repair a refrigerator as I had forgotten that Bill Biggs had repaired on several years ago, maybe 6. After the 11th day I gave up on Island Appliance and did a search in Galveston and immediately found the name I recognized, Bill Biggs on last Thursday at 8:05 PM. '

I asked him if he could look at my refrigerator on Friday. He said he would do the best he could but he was really booked up.

Suprise that night at 9:31 PM, I got a phone call from him at my beach house in Galveston!!!

He had gone out there that night so he would be sure and order the part in time to install it on Monday.

Now that is really service. You just cannot get any better than that.

Again I recommend him without any hesitation.
