Great High Class Spa. My husband bought me a gift certifacate for Christmas from the Spa at Cinco Ranch. It was a spa package that included a lunch. There were some services on the gift certificate that I didnt want to do, so I called the spa and talked to the friendly front desk staff and they informed me that I was not limited to what was on the gift card. I could do any service I desired. The girls at the front desk help me coordinate exacailly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience then the one at The Spa at Cinco ranch. The staff was so helpful and informative it made coordinating my Spa day a breeze.

Best Spa in Katy & Houston. I absolutely loved my visit to The Spa at Cinco Ranch. My favorite part was that the staff made me feel very welcomed. The ladies at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. I had several questions and they were very knowledgeable about the services offered there. The atmospshere is great and the services were great too! My massage was the best that I ever had. I would definitely recommend this Spa to anyone looking for a high class Spa that has a very friendly staff willing to accomodate your every need.

Overpriced for an average Day Spa!!. Been there once and felt like the place was a little too snooty for me. The prices they charge are way too much and they decor is a litle tacky. I had a spa package that I couldn't change any of the services because it was a set package. At the end when I was checking out they tried to push products that I felt I did not need. Overall a average day spa that is overpriced...IMO

Worth the extra $$. For a place that doesn't specialize in nails, this is a good place for a manicure or pedicure. All the techs are well experienced and professional. My husband even goes here, no where else.

Expensive but well worth it!!. Set comfortably in the subburbs of Katy, this spa has everything you could desire. Friendly help and knowlegable staff make this spa well worth the expese.

What a great place to unwind!. I love this spa! The treatment area is separate from the salon services, so it is nice and quiet. The massage therapists are great - I've had three different women work on me, and they've all been great! The salon staff is excellent, too! Every time I go, I experience this calm wave as soon as I walk in the door!

Raises the "bar" in Katy. The most tranquil atmosphere-you will feel you've entered a different world, away from the one you are trying to escape. Love that the spa treatment center is completely separate from hair and nail salon--great care is taken to maintain the calm in this area. Nice touches everywhere from fruit infused (or not) water pitchers, bowls of fruit to iced facial cloths by the sauna. Nice variety of products but no pressure. They really want you to feel you've been refreshed. Love it here!

Suburban Sanctuary. I don't mind the drive out to Katy to visit the Spa at Cinco Ranch. The prices are great and the facility is gorgeous. All of the therapists are fabulous, but the front desk is just okay. Definitely worth the drive to Katy!
