I have very fine hair and it is a task to find someone who can cut it and make it look good. I had pretty much given up on finding anyone, thinking my hair was just in such back shape it would never look good again. So when I went to Jenny my only instructions were to leave it long enough to put in a clip (which is what I do when it looks bad, i.e. every day). She cut and layered my hair and it looks great. It looks fuller than it has in years. She also did a great job on the high/low lights. And she was fast!

I couldn't agree more with how wonderful Jenny is at doing hair! She is amazing:) She not only cuts my hair, but colors it (covers the grey), highlights it, and also the smoothing treatment. I never have had so many complements as I when I started seeing Jenny:) I thank God everyday that I can go to someone that listens to me and helps me with my crazy hair. She makes me beautiful...

Jenny has been my stylist for the last 2 years, and I will never go anywhere else! No matter how much time passes between visits, she always remembers me. She is awesome. Her prices are posted throughout the salon, so there is never a doubt about what I will pay. I have never left the salon unhappy with my hair; in fact, it's just the opposite!

i went in about 3 days ago wanting ombre hair. im a brunette so it where my tips would fade into a lighter brown or blonde. depending on what the person wanted. i showed her 3 different pictures of ombre so she could see what i wanted and she said shes done ombre before. after she was done and let me see it was not what i asked for at all! she basically just gave me hightlights (frosted) my hair! it looked terrible! and when i had called to make an appointment she said it would cost 55 for the "ombre" and 30 for the cut. the total came out to be $140!! it was a huge waste of time and money. and now i have to find somewhere else to see if they can fix it! jenny is nice and all but did not do what i asked whatsoever. very disappointed!

Jenny is Awesome. Jenny does an awesome job and has cut my family's hair for years. The "feel" of this place has improved significantly since she took ownership of this salon - great products and service. We keep going back because she takes such good care of us and does a great job. If you live in the Friendswood / Webster / League City area you should give this place a try - you won't be sorry.

Been a Fan of Jenny's Work for Over 2 Years Now. When my daughter was in the 7th grade, she dyed her hair blue black in the middle of the night. My husband took her to school the next morning, noticing nothing (men!), and when I picked her up from school, I was shocked. She looked terrible! I couldn't stand the idea of her going to school looking like that even one more day. I drove her around trying to find a salon who would work on her hair as a walk-in, even though it was a big project. I was turned away--it was too late and I would need an appointment.

Then I drove past One Hair Place and decided to ask them. The ladies in front said no, there wasn't time to do her hair before closing, as everyone's schedule was filled up. Jenny had heard this conversation from her chair in the back of the salon and stopped me on the way out the door and said she would work on my daughter's hair in between customers. She even stayed late after the store closed to finish the job right. We have been loyal clients of Jenny's ever since.

A good hairstylist knows how to cut hair; a great stylist knows how to treat people. I am surprised by the 2 negative reviews on Jenny, but notice that neither come from a client of hers. I'm just saying. I want to encourage anyone looking for a great stylist to give Jenny a try--you won't be disappointed!

Best Hair Stylist!!. I was nervous going to a new stylist but after Jenny did my hair for the first time I loved it. She really took time to style my hair...great cut!! Also she did a highlight and color and it has never looked this good in my life. People I know and don't know ask where I got my hair cut. It has now been almost two years I have been going to Jenny and pray she never leaves!!! She is an awesome stylist!

Awesome Place!. I have been going to One Hair Place to get my hair cut by Jenny for years. She always does a wonderful job and everyone is always so nice. I would never get my hair cut anywhere else!

Marlene is fantastic. Marlene is an awesome hairdresser. I have never been dissatisfied with my hair after she has colored or cut it. I've been known to play with hair color and she has always been able to keep up. I've had low lights, high lights, and regular color. I've always been happy.

Here cuts have been some of the best I've ever had. I've never had a problem with my hair, even after it starts growing. She's very thorough and constantly checks to make sure it's even.

I refer all my family and friends to her.
