HORRIBLE, CRIED THE WHOLE WAY HOME. I had long hair and went in with a picture of what I wanted. I told Tracey - the master stylist - to keep the length of my hair but add the shorter layers on top just like in the picture I brought in. I explained exactly what I wanted clearly and she still gave me a mid neck length bob cut. This is after STOPPING her several time to tell her she was cutting too much. I even asked her to stop cutting and she chopped off the little length she had attacked yet anyway. I hate this place. They ruined my hair and I will NEVER go back. Management acted like they were clueless and didn't even know if they could do anything in the situation. They were more concerned with getting me out of their store.
Be Careful with the hidden charges. I got an appointment a day earlier and was told that it would cost $31 for a haircut. The next day I went in and told the girl I didnt want to cut of the length, just a few layers in it. The girl spent a total of 20 mins on the haircut. Then she told me she would show me a few different looks which she never did. Finally she gave me a $41 bill and when I asked about the extra charge she said it was because of the length of my hair. I did not get any length cut!!!! I would not recommend it or go back there.
Supercuts could have done a better job!. I went in with long hair and came out with a horrible hair cut. I wanted to shorten my hair for the summer and brought a picture in with me of what I wanted. It even said how to do the cut. The girl who did my hair acted like she knew exactly what she was doing. I ended up with this mullet looking short haircut. Then, when she went to do the color, it was a complete waste of money. I wanted blonde and caramel and got a few light brown streaks in my dark brown hair. That trip was a waste of $150. Plus, I had to go to someone who knew what they were doing and have it redone! I will never go back!!!
