I went in with long hair and came out with a horrible hair cut. I wanted to shorten my hair for the summer and brought a picture in with me of what I wanted. It even said how to do the cut. The girl who did my hair acted like she knew exactly what she was doing. I ended up with this mullet looking short haircut. Then, when she went to do the color, it was a complete waste of money. I wanted blonde and caramel and got a few light brown streaks in my dark brown hair. That trip was a waste of $150. Plus, I had to go to someone who knew what they were doing and have it redone! I will never go back!!!
Pros: Big store has lots of products
Cons: NO skill in haircuts/color, overpriced
