Customer Service is not good at all. For a fast food pizza place domino is always so friendly and greets you and is so happy to be working. on the other hand papa johns employees are so rude and unhappy. They talk down to you like you should know their menu inside and out. Don't like it for you answer question about changing anything on the pizza. Obviously this are support by Pepsi cause they don't get enough business to how a coke contract. Worst place of business every. There are lots of bugs, ants and nats all over the place and the restaurant isn't clean at all. Last month i order a pizza to pick up on Monday $5.99 deal and my son had to use the bathroom so bad. They wouldn't let him use it for health and safety reasons, but would prefer him to go to the bar next door and use it. (which the bar next door wouldn't let me bring my under age son in, so we ended up using the the restroom on the ground in the parking lot). i understand the health and safety reasons, but really anything in life there are grey areas to any rules. will never go there again. its just one issue after the next... especially the health concern of how clean their restaurant is and how rude their employees are. Let me add they cant get an order right!
