Thank you for the excellent service! Yesterday was the second time I've called CBS aka Smarter Sprinklers out to repair our system in the past 3 or 4 years. They showed up within minutes of when they said they would and repaired a valve and adjusted a few heads. Their charges were very reasonable. And not having to deal with the hassle that I've experienced with some of the other contractors I've used makes me really appreciate them. Thank you for doing what you say!

CBS offers the best service we have found. We built our home and have worked with many contractors over about a year and a half. CBS/Smarter Sprinklers is by far the most friendly and professional company that we have seen. While it may seem minor, they showed up when they said, they did what they said, and they even followed-up to make sure we were happy. Believe me, this is unique for contractors! The reason I decided to log on and give this review is because of their incredible warranty and follow-through on it. About a year ago they completed our job. While finishing construction on our neighbor's home a few weeks ago, some new lines were routed through my property and completely destroyed parts of my sprinkler. I called Smarter Sprinklers and they immediately sent a technician out and repaired everything! And did not charge me anything! Again, I can say that no one that worked on my home would have or has stood behind thier products like these guys. A great company in my books. What's just as amazing...they really do still help college students after 20 years in business.

Great People Great Company. I had a 6 zone Sprinkler System installed and they completed the job in one day. They completed the job and when they were finished you could hardly tell they dug in the yard. Great job.

College Incompetence. One of the most difficult companies to work with! The company's workers left chicken bones in my yard which my dogs nearly ate. They backed up dirt and rubber cement into my drinking lines. After fixing some of the initial problems, I needed them to come out and put in sprinklers where my grass was not getting watered, and it took them 2 months to take care of the problem. By that time my flowers and grass were already dead. Don't believe their warranty or their boasts about customer service. I even had Wade's, the owner, cell phone number and could never get anything done. Stay Away!
