“was so thankful for her caring attitude I felt someone WHO MIGHT CARE at this location or at the Corporate Office should know about LAURA IN PHOTOS who went the extra mile and helped me, your customer and did it very professionally and with great pleasu”
HORRIBLE at BEST ..... Do NOT go to this location!!! The service is HORRIBLE. I lost my property at the location and spoke to LYDIA and VICTORIA which promised to watch the tapes and call me back. Now they continue to avoid my calls and contact. Why so unprofessional ?? They are MANAGERS who are supposed able to deal with a simple issue such as this one. It is not hard to simply state what you discovered on the security cameras. I will no longer patronize WALMART and will be writing reviews in addition to this one. I do not appreciate being treated poorly.
A Ghetto Wal-Mart. The employees at the Tire and Lube section of this Wal-mart can only be described by one word - LAZY. New tires took about two hours to do and a new battery took an hour and a half. Ridiculous. There were about five technicians just standing around chatting. Inside, it was no better. The cashier was standing around talking with her supervisor, another store employee, and a couple of her friends. God forbid if anyone should interrupt their conversation for assistance. They were being loud and obnixous, just complaining about random customers they had to deal with that day. When it came time to check out, the cashier could not be found for about 15 minutes then her greeting was, "What did you want?" Her natural response to every question at the counter was she could not do anything until a "printout" came out, so you can imagine with the technicians just standing around not doing anything, how long that "printout" took. The printout to complete the transaction took another 10 minutes because the technicians needed to be yelled at across the store and shop by the loud cashier before they were physically able to do their job, which they have been doing for every car that comes through that shop since the day they were hired. It was like watching a train-wreck the entire time. You really have to laugh at the ignorance.
Horrible customer service and employees!!!!!!. I ordered a TV dvd set online and when i received it, two of the discs were scratched. Well the receipt said i could return it in the store. So i wait in a long line at customer service where one person is working. Another girl finally comes and is clueless as to how to return my item. The manager comes up to help and the girl says this is the price we need to refund which was $12 less than what i paid online. The manager said no you refund her what she paid. They finally refunded me everything but the shipping costs than direct me to electronics to have the item shipped to the store cause i don't want to pay another shipping fee. Well i get to the back and that guy is clueless on how to do it. He calls his manager over who argues that they don't deal with the online website. And i said but they work here! How complicated is it to be familiar with your own companies website?! She just kept making excuses and was clearly ignorant. So another girl who worked in that dept tried to help me find the option online and we never found it. All i can say is i'm never shopping at Wal-mart again and will take all my business to Target. Wal-mart employees don't even know the store much less the online store. I realize they are overworked and underpaid but is it too much to ask someone to have a little knowledge about their job? Why is customer service dead?
CONGRATULATIONS TO LAURA IN PHOTOS.
I would like to thank Laura in Photos for going the extra mile to answer the phone and to personally walk from Photos to Electronics to help me, as a customer of Wal-mart today!
Two members of my family and me had been calling this Wal-mart for over three (3) hours and NO ONE was answering the phone. I called the McDonalds located inside this Wal-mart only to be treated rude by their employee, Brian who apparently does not know when you do not have the phone on hold the person on the other end can hear what you are saying, He hung up on me, I called back and in the background Brian was telling the girl that answered to tell me he had left, he was gone. Finally he got on the phone and he told someone to tell Mike, a manager at Wal-mart to come over to their phone. Mike answered and told me due to the ?operator? being late that is why NO ONE was answering a major business phone. He said the operator was there now so she should answer the phone to try again.
LAURA IN PHOTOS had just came to work for this shift which it was 3 p.m., after talking to Mike I decided I would call see if this ?operator? was answering WRONG, the operator was not answering the phone; A pleasant, sweet and caring voice answered and it was LAURA IN PHOTOS. She cared so much about me as a customer she handled my request all on her own. She did not even suggest transferring me, she said she would take care of what I needed right then if I did not mind holding for a few minutes. I was so thankful for her caring attitude I felt someone WHO MIGHT CARE at this location or at the Corporate Office should know about LAURA IN PHOTOS who went the extra mile and helped me, your customer and did it very professionally and with great pleasure and had a smile with a wonderful attitude! Please give this employee the recognition she deserves and maybe the other employees will learn from her and what it means to be a TEAM MEMBER.
THANK YOU LAURA IN PHOTOS FOR HELPING ME TODAY!
