Problem with BRa. Last Thursday, Mary sold me a bra that was fine while in the store. But as I continued to wear this bra, I discovered even thought that the bra was new, it was already stretched out.

Mary W ROCKS. I recently visited Top Drawer and was totally blown away by the great products and outstanding customer service I got from Mary W. Mary was great. She was very knowledgable about the products and helped fit me into my dream bra!! Top Drawer is lucky to have such an awesome sales associate. Top Drawer I will definitely be back!!

wonderful service at Top Drawer.
I have been a customer of Top Drawer since the Highland Village days and have always enjoyed the choices of beautiful lingerie. But the best part about Top Drawer is the CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The staff is knowledgable, curteous, very helpful and they always brighten my day. Mary Kathryn, in particular, is beyond helpful in making selections and she is always cheerful. I have always walked out of there thinking she is such an asset to TD. I usually buy more than I need and always walk out feeling great.
So often, people complain and good experiences are ignored. I want to say that these folks are all super.

The most professional bra specialist in Houston....
I have been shopping @ Top Drawer for years; they have always been very helpful and professional in every way. Linda is the lady that helps me; and she is a doll. All the ladies there are wonderful!!! Oh and I can not forget the delightful owners; a father, son team and all the specialist there have a total of 35 years experience in bra fitting business. Specializing in making every person feel at home while shopping and they know they will get the very best in customer service every time. Love this store and I wish I could see this type respect from every place I shop.
P.S. I find it funny that someone would actually write the word "PERVY" and associate it with this shop at all. On the contrary... Seriously though... Is 'pervy" even a word? I think you mistaken them with Fredrick's of Hollywood, huney...

Best Customer Service. I have been a long time customer of Top Drawer Lingerie. I have always received excellent service. I went during my lunch hour and was greeted by Linda. She was very helpful and knowledgeable! Needless to say I bought two bras that fit perfectly! I was in and out in no time. As I was paying Linda introduced me to the owner, an older man. He was helpful and courteous.

Things aren't the same. I'm a fairly long time customer and something has changed in the last year. The wonderful store just isn't as good as it used to be. Perhaps there was a managment/ownership change? The inventory is not nearly as extensive as it used to be. The last couple of times I've been in there most of the salesladies are gone and have been replaced with a father and son duo. WTF? I don't feel comfortable at all. There is NOTHING two men can assist me with or consult with me about. One is much older and frankly, its more than a little pervy. Its great when I can patronize a non-chain store and I value supporting local merchants. But honestly, this is just weird. For the first time in more than 10 years, I am going to expand my search for lingerie outside of Top Drawer.

My name is Mary Kathryn and I work at Top Drawer. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience.
The same gentleman has owned Top Drawer for fifteen years, his son joined us five years ago. They would be the first to agree that they can't help you as far as fitting lingerie is concerned. They are rarely in the store except on Saturdays to help with the cash registers when we are busy, so we fitters can do what we do best.
As far as changes in Top Drawer: we did remodel. I think inventory is better than it has ever been, but if it's not to your taste, you might not agree. We have had 4 fitters for several years: Mary has been here for 1 year, Linda has been here for 5 years, Gerri has been here for 16 years, and I have been here for 18 years. We are the only ones who ever fit the customers!
I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. I wish you'd come by the store and talk to me about it, because I think there has been a misunderstanding here and maybe I can straighten it out.

Priceless Experience! I was treated like family!.
This is the best store I've ever been in for bra fitting and finding a wonderful and diverse selection of bras! I have lived in nine different locales from coast to coast (including Hawai'i) and haven't found an equal experience! Until I found Top Drawer, I dreaded bra shopping more than a trip to the dentist. I am difficult to fit and bra shopping was a minimum two hour outing. On my first visit to Top Drawer, I met Mary Katherine and she fitted me perfectly with several selections for different occasions! The whole experience took no more than 20 minutes! I was elated and I was hooked!
Since then I haven't gone anywhere else until I moved to Chicago. I went to the most well known lingerie store in the area and was appalled. It took two and a half hours to find a bra and the woman fitting me couldn't seem to find a bra to fit me. I quickly made the decision to only buy bras from Top Drawer and to only be fitted by Mary Katherine. I have been going to Top Drawer for many years now and the service remains par excellence and the quality is unsurpassed.
I am not able to travel to Houston this year so I just called Mary Katherine (who remembered me even though I only come in once a year) and asked if she had my favorite bra and she tells me it's being shipped!!!! She also has notes in my file and knows which bras are best with my body style and activity level and had several other suggestions for me!
I would give my experience at Top Drawer six stars if possible! They truly treat you like family!

Best Little Bra Shop in Houston, Texas. Okay I'm not local but I wish they were here in Pittsburgh, PA. I got some of the best service while visiting in Texas, Top Drawer Lingerie is the best bra shop ever, got fit, bought bras from Mary W. and reordered more! What a great place! Go in see Mary she'll take great care of you even if your from out of town, then she's only a phone call away. Best Little Bra Shop in Texas.......what a great find on a vacation!

Excellent Experience. I have been a customer of Top Drawer for over 10 years and have always received excellent customer service, a highly knowledgable staff that has always treated me with dignity and respect. To be fitted with the right bra feels great and the staff has always been kind and respectful. Mary Katherine and all the other staff members will help you find the right bra, regardless of shape or size. I highly recommend Top Drawer to any woman who wants to wear the right bra for them. While there were times that I did not want to be in the size I was suppose to be in, the staff put me in the right bra - EVERY TIME!

Rude Saleslady.
I live near top drawer lingerie and went in to do some shopping. I am a young lady, African American, successful, and well groomed. There was absolutely nothing about my appearance (other than one thing), or demeanor to recieve such rude service. The lady who worked there just silently looked at me when I walked in. Finally after browsing for a minute, she came up to me, looked me up and down, and asked what I wanted. I told her I was shopping for some pretty lingerie. She took me to the back and measured me, then brought me a few pieces, but when I asked for a different style, she quickly said "Nope! We dont have that!" I asked for an alternative and again, she said "Nope!"
It was obvious she wanted me out of the store. I am always friendly and cordial and respected that she wanted me to go. As I walked towards the door, I said, "Thanks. I may check back with you." (Not) and she replied, "Oh really? Where do you work?" I am a succesful business owner and make far more income than the saleslady. I thought her asking where I worked was irrellevant and rude. I get a bad vibe in that store.
Long story short, certain people are not welcome in that store. I will not patronize Top Drawer again which is unfortunate, being that I live within walking distance.
