The Scene
The simple red and black interior, dim lighting and sleek couches give this cozy bar a lounge-like ambience. Tables and chairs in the back are ideal for large groups.
The Draw
Community-minded and socially conscious, this bar is much more than a place to hoist a Guinness. Owner Denise Ramos has created an inviting venue for area DJs, live bands and artists. The crowd consists of artists and grad students mixing with conservative, professional types. An indie-flavored jukebox includes hits by Yo La Tengo, Guided By Voices and Cat Power. Patrons can also test their skills on the vintage Pac Man and Galaga machines in the back room.

Decided I could check this place out since the music would proabably be a good change. It's gone. Sign's still up, but the place is done.

Cheaper drinks than most places in that area. Has a small stage and a decent size bar. They have local bands and artists to perform here and also have a karoke night sometimes. Casual dress code.
