**Great Service**. I have used this service for over 6 years and have always been extremely happy with how my dogs have been taken care of. They are always happy and healthy so I am never worried about them when I am gone. I highly recommend PetSitters to anyone needing care for their pets. Re-think it. How sad to hear what happened to Lindsay and I too would caution using this service for the same reasons she gave.

I was very sad to have disturbed Lindsay's husband by inadvertantly sending a sitter over on the wrong day. No one else's pet was left unattended due to this mistake. It was a clerical error on my part and there was no malice or ill will intended towards Lindsay or her husband. As she said in her complaint the care her cat received was impeccable and she was very happy with the service she received.

horrible customer service. Horrible place with horrible customer service! I had hired them for two weeks to watch our cat while we were away on our honeymoon and had a great first impression and everything seemed to go smoothly. This was our first time using them. Over a month later (in Sept) while my husband was home (thankfully) the pet sitter just walked in our home on a random Friday. We never scheduled additional care and hadn't spoken to them since late July/early August. He was very concerned and surprised to see her entering our home. I called D'Ann numerous times requesting a call back as I was very concerned how this may have happened and wanted an explanation. I spoke with someone named Tracy who informed me that she would have D'Ann call me MONDAY - this happened on a Friday around lunch time and as an owner of a home pet sitting company I expected a phone call on Friday. After not hearing back from her on Monday I sent follow up emails. I have yet to hear back from her and all I got was a one sentance apology email indicating a human error and my key back in the mail. BE VERY CAUTIOUS in using her service as she doesn't seem to care that her pet sitters are going into the wrong homes on the wrong days with no explanation. I feel bad for the cat that was supposed to get care on that day because they definitely didn

I am very sorry that we did make a mistake in scheduling and it was a very human error on my part, which I did apologize for and there was not a cat that was not cared for. Tracy did call her back the day that she called on the same Friday. I did return her key as requested. Please keep in mind that they did receive great service as mentioned in the first line of the review.

Pet Peace of Mind. We have been a client of Pet Sitters 'N More for 15 years. During that time, they gave meds to senior dogs and cleaned messes up after new puppies. We have always been very happy with the services we received. I was panicked when we moved recently that I might have to search for a new service, but thankfully, they are still taking care of 'our children'. Definitely a thumbs-up experience!
