I had two massages at Persona Day Spa so far, both with a young lady named Stephanie. My back had been really hurting me for some time when I saw her for the first visit. She really knew what she was doing and I really noticed so much relief immediately. She suggested I see her again in a couple of weeks for a hot stone massage. I already felt so much better just after having the deep tissue massage, but after having the hot stones included at my next visit, I felt like a new person. She's amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. I have had many massages at so many different places and I have never experienced hands with such skill and detail to my problem areas. Truly a talent! I am a customer for life!
Pros: The atmosphere is very nice. A beautiful spa. Highly skilled and professional staff. Very high quality service.
Cons: The prices are a little higher than other places, but you really get what you pay for. It's worth every penny.

I have been going to Alison at Persona for 4 years, and it is by far the best place I have ever been to. To start with, you can change into a robe in the women's lounge if you prefer a little privacy. Then, Alison always uses a numbing spray that helps with the unavoidable pain you will have when you have a brazilian wax. :) They use a hard, blue wax (no strip waxing!) imported from Paris and it DOESN'T stick to the skin! Years ago I asked her to explain the technology to me (because I have really sensitive skin that broke out into a rash and peeled after waxing- and I never did with this kind of wax) she said that it doesn't attach itself to the skin- when it cools, it only wraps around the hair follicle, causing less pain. Anyway, I love Alison because she is a TOTAL FREAKING perfectionist and will not let you leave until you are completely hair free in the areas you want. It makes me feel like I am absolutely getting my money's worth!
