My dog didn't want to leave! My senior canine, almost 14, hated being boarded at our vet's office. I took her to Rover Oaks and she lounged in luxury in a suite with a tv and cuddle time. She was in heaven and hated to leave when I picked her up. We have found our pet resort!

Awesome Customer Service!!. I finally found a Pet Resort that is perfect for Tristan. We've tried 3 different boarding facilites in the past 2 years and I wasn't pleased because Tristan would be sick or sad for about a week after boarding. We did our first over night boarding with Rover Oaks the beginning of March. I must say that Tristan was so happy when I picked him up and we had no stomach issues. It seems to be perfect fit. I recently emailed to get Tristan reservations for the remainder of the year and the customer service was great. Toni helped me get Tristan in during their busiest season. Toni worked with me and my schedule to secure his reservations even after making changes for a couple of days. Thanks so much for having individuals like Toni work for Rover Oaks. I have been pleased with the customer service and care Tristan and I have received. "I am a happy mom.." Thanks again Rover Oaks and Toni!!

Excellent Care and Excellent Customer Service!. I have been using Rover Oaks to board my dog for six years. I have been so pleased with the care my dog receives, as well as the customer service I have received. It makes me feel so much more comfortable and confident leaving my dog when the staff take the time to get down on my dog's level and greet her before leading her to the back. When I call to check on her while she is being boarded, I either am able to speak with someone immediately or I get a return call in a reasonable amount of time and I receive a detailed and honest update on how my dog is doing. I recommend Rover Oaks for boarding to anyone and everyone! The atmosphere is one of a business that genuinely cares about its clients and their owners! Thank you, Rover Oaks, for taking such great care of my four-legged child!!

Great grooming!. Sherry did the most fabulous job on my teacup maltese! My dog has never looked better. I am so happy since my dog can be very difficult to groom. Truly the best cut my dog has ever had. Kudos to Sherry and Rover Oaks.

Wonderful Boarding and Grooming. I have been boarding my dog Coco at Rover Oaks for over 8 years. The facility is beautiful and the people that work there are wonderful. Just recently, I started grooming Coco there because I have been very unhappy with the previous places that I've taken him. The groomers are fantastic and accommodating. I brought Coco for a grooming just before the holidays and it was one of the best cuts he's ever received. I am grateful to Rover Oaks for taking such good care of my baby!

Wonderful facility, great people caring for your pets!!. We take our animals here and have never been disappointed. They are far and away better than all other facilities in the area. Our dog goes for daycare and boarding, and our cat for boarding...top notch in every way. They live up to their word and the "best of citysearch" is not a gimmick...they truly are!!!

Wonderful customer service and boarding. One of the hardest things about moving to a new area is finding excellent care for your pet when you are travelling out of the area. We have an energetic 4 year old dog that is truly a member of our family and I was determined to find a quality daycare and boarding facility for him. My search lead me to Rover Oaks and I couldn't be happier. The excellent customer service (especially in the reservation department...thanks, Toni!) and the caring attention that is given to Duke provides me with a total sense of comfort while I am away. He returns home relaxed and tired but is always eager to return to his "home" away from home. Thanks, Rover Oaks!

Great Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming. I have had the best experiences with Rover Oaks. I completely trust the staff and facility with the care for my dog. We have used their day care, boarding, and grooming services and were satisfied with everything. My dog attends day care 1-2 times a week, when picked up she is always happy and excited after clearly having a good day with the other dogs and staff, thanks Pat! I love the pics of my dog and stories about her throughout the day.

The reservation staff for boarding is very accommodating in explaining the way things work with charges, the flexible drop-off/pick-up times, and any additional options (like day care). We had been on the waiting list for a holiday and were promptly called when a space opened up, thanks Toni! My dog returns from boarding happy and healthy, which is reassuring after a stressful trip. I have also used their nail trimming services, which were great and convenient during her stay.

I completely recommend Rover Oaks to anyone that asks!

Only Place I Will Board my Dogs!. I have two rescue Golden's who board and attend Doggie Day care at Rover Oaks. Prior to finding Rover Oaks we tried several places. We had some "ok" experiences and some very bad experiences. However, I never found anything that made me feel like my dogs REALLY wanted to be there. My attitude was always "this will do" if we have to leave them. My dogs LOVE Rover Oaks - which tells me they are doing something right. When I leave them there is NO separation anxiety - in fact as soon as I turn down Bellfort my dogs are going crazy in the car because they can't wait to get there. When we get there their tails are wagging and they are VERY excited to be there always.

The staff at Rover Oaks is highly professional. They concerned about every detail and this gives me a comfort level that I don't need to worry.

I will not leave my dogs anywhere else!

Very professional.... I boarded my dog here for a weekend. They have a big staff and individuals there are professional and friendly. They will ask you if there is anything (concerns) they need to know about your dog and if you don't bring your own dog food, they provide them with a nutritious diet.

I like that they have Sunday hours to pick up your dog for no extra cost, many places do not offer this service. However, this place is more expensive than other places, so it works out the same. I would use them more if they had a weekly rate as when I go on vacations, it is usually for one week. Otherwise, it is way too expensive to board my dog here for a week.

I am deducting a star, because I do not like that they require that you keep a credit card on file even after you leave. I asked if there is anyway to remove my credit card on file, and the lady promptly tells me "NO" and that my information is secure. How does she know that 100%? She doesn't. So it kind of irked me that she would not honor my request.
