I called the 800 number I thought was a after hours service for Abbots which was supposedly a local Tulsa, OK florist. I ordered a arrangement to be delivered Sat May 17th. It is June 14th now and there have been no flowers delivered. This place is an online scam. My credit card was charged by Kays Flowers in Bellaire Texas on May 17th. Numerous calls have lead nowhere and I am now having to challenge the charge. Get local florists and avoid this scam.

I created a city search account just to relay my awful experience with Abbott’s Florist aka Kay's Flowers. I placed my order on a Monday morning for delivery that day. My confirmation email stated that my order was received and would be delivered as requested. However, two days later, the flowers still had not been sent! When I called the 800 number (the only number provided; this should have thrown up red flags that I was not working for a "local florist") and emailed the company , I got no response. Not until I got irate with the poor telephone operators did I receive any attention. Even then, I was never offered an apology or compensation for the arrangement. If tempted to order flowers through these companies, think again!
Pros: Easy online ordering
Cons: Arrangments are not delivered as ordered
