AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR OVER A MONTH!!!!!!! I would give them zero stars, but it won't let me. My daughter had an accident and the towing company took it there. The shop immediately offered her a rental through them (that way they could get money for the repair and the rental). I called a few days later and no one could tell me anything about the car. No one returned my call. I wanted to move it to another shop and they said I would be responsible for all the parts they already ordered. Well, it's been over month, and they still have my car. The insurance company has been asked for yet ANOTHER supplement. I'm furious!!!!!!!!!

Quality Auto Repair at Allied Collision. Allied was given permission to tow my car after a major fender bender in 2007. The tow-truck driver was helpful and efficient as all representatives at Allied Collision. My car looked great upon completion with a lifetime warranty. In 2010, another fender bender happened after being backed into. Once again, Allied completed outstanding body and paint repair.

Not only do all Allied employees offer professional services, they genuinely care about each customer's satisfaction and the customer himself. I highly recommend Allied Collision and will drive across town for their professional services. In fact, my car was recently keyed and back I go for paint repair, Nov. 2011.

Don't leave your car there and don't sign anything!. I was in an accident and the tow truck driver said he had to tow the car to an "insurance facility". He took it to Allied and left. Allied immediately asked me to start signing work orders for the repairs. I refused and they I had to sign or they couldn't help the adjuster by putting the car on lift for inspection. I signed a work order without any details about the work to be performed except for my State Farm info. Once I got the estimate I informed them I would be moving the car to a State Farm authorized facility. They started raggin on SF and bad they treat customers. They said they would waive part of my deductible, not report the accident to Carfax, and give me better replacement parts. I told them I was moving it and they wouldn't without a signature, which I sent them via email as requested. Now, they still won't release my car. It looks like I have to head down there in person and get my car.

GREAT REPAIRS, RATES, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was in a car accident back in 2008. The tow truck driver was so nice and caring that he convinced me to let his company-Allied Collision, to repair my vehicle vs. going to the dealership. The staff was very caring and attention to detail. They don't just care about your vehicle but go the extra mile to be concerned about the person which makes it very comforting especially after being in a car accident. The repairs were superb and I highly recommend Allied Collision for your car repairs. They were so good that 3 years later, I decided to return to them when I had another incident with my vehicle. This place is about 15 miles across town from me but because of their top notch service and repairs; I decided to return and give them repeat business. Thank you Johnny, Muhammad and your kind ladies that sit at the front, who do a wonderful job to expedite my check in process, getting me into a rental car, and returning my vehicle to me in a timely fashion. You guys ROCK and I'm happy to send referrals.

the best auto repair and bodyshop in Houston. I had a collision in my new Toyota Tecoma double cab sr-5 pickup truck and had every intention in taking it to the dealer for the work, fortuneately for me the wrecker driver told me about Allied Collision -- these guys are true professionals and will go the extra mile for their customers, believe me, do yourself a favor if you need anything automobile related and especially body shop related don't take it anywhere except ALLIED COLLISION... I'm absolutely ecstatic that I did!!!!

Great Work!!!!!. They have grate wrecker's. They broght me to the shop and explained the process to me. They are very nice and helpful. While they worked on my car, they made sure I had a rental. The work is great.

Liars, Crooks and Thieves. No wonder this business has an "F" rating by the Better Business Bureau!!! They are comitting insurance fraudall over the place. Their employees claim to have "relationships" with insurance adjusters and will say anything and promise anything to you to get your car to their lot. Do your homework before choosing where to take your vehicle. This place will probably be shut down soon...but no doubt the crook/con-artist of an owner will just open up another chop shop down the road under a different name.

the best auto shop to go. alied collision is a great place to take your car to get fixed they did a great job on my cadillac the workers did a good job and the staff in the office work with u and good people to come to when u have a accident or any thing else and thanks alied collision for the good job yal did on my car

Allies Collision. My Car was nearly totaled, and I was not looking to have to buys a new car and start car payments again. They were so helpful getting everything settled forme with my insurance and have me car looking like NEW. everyone was so nice and helpful, would bring my car back cany day.
