“the people who work here were really nice when we got here and a week later my truck was fixed.”
“They are scamers all they want is a good repairable and will do anything belive me anything.1 they will have johnny talk to you and if that doesnt work next is issa " the manager " 3 they will have anybody else who they think will talk you in to leaving y”
These people are THIEVES and CROOKS and
every name in the book! I was in a car accident about .5 miles from this place so the towing company got there quickly after my accident. The cop on the scene called this company. He took me into his vehicle since I was on the middle of the road and they took me to this place. They brought me in and made me sign three papers right away! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! After an accident, you should not be signing anything! They told me that storage was free and that they would pay my deductible as well as some other BS! Then, when I asked for it to be moved, they wouldn't give me the exact amount. They kept giving me the run around. I kept calling back though. I told them I just wanted my car taken home because the other company that I wanted to fix it for me said they are one of the worst in Houston and they will try and trick you. I just kept saying I was taking the car to my home because my dad wanted it to go home and the guy RANDY tried to tell me "why? we can fix it" and I said "my dad wants it home" and he said "Why? he can't fix it". UMMMM okay. Does it matter? It is MY property!
IF YOU ARE READING THIS, and your car was just towed there and doing research, get your car out of there ASAP! My insurance had to pay $765 to get my car out but it is out and in GOOD BETTER hands than these LOW LIFE SCUMBAGS! PAY to get it out ASAP! DO NOT LEAVE IT THERE ANOTHER DAY!
These people are unethical and crooks
all around. Please read so you don't be their next victim.
They towed my car there after the accident. While there, they asked me to sign an authorization form for them to fix my car, but only after the insruance adjuster has come out to evaluate the car. Within 2 hours of signing the form, I e-mailed and called them to let them know that since they are not a Lexus certified repairer, I would like to have an authorized Lexus dealer to repair my car instead. They made me come in in person to sign the release form, which I did right away. They are now charging my insurance company $1,400 to tow it away. Beware... do not sign any forms.. They are CROOKS.
I ended up having to pay $656 out of my own pocket to have my car towed away (the balance paid by my insurance company). They even tried to over charge me another $50 for what they called "adminstrative fee" ($325 instead of their $275 printed
rate). Nothing is enough for these folks!!!!
The insurance adjuster told me that ishady repair shops such as Allied Collision Center, will get you to sign the form while you are still in shock from the accident (verbally they told you one thing, but in writing it is something else). Then when most people don't have the $656 to pay, they end up having their car fixed there.
Hard lesson learned for me..... but you don't have to be another victim.
I will file a complaint with the City of Houston for allowing them to be an authorized towing service for the city. I also will call the TV station to see if they want to look into this matter because I don't believe I am the first victim of this type of practice..
I just picked up my Jeep Liberty after a guy that hit me on the West loop. I was very lucky to that my car got picked up by Allied, after repairs were done I was happy and satisfied with the service. Totally recommend them.
They will lie and try to trick you. Beware!!! Read their Better Business report, LOTS of complaints!!! The good reviews here were written by them, OMG stay away, far, far, away from these thieves!!!
I recommend allied collision. I was in an accident with one of their tow trucks and they did me up great. John fixed my damage for free and for the cost of a claim I submitted for another dent. They did a super job and were friendly And professional!
Polite, concerned for my timeline and do good work.. My accident on I610 was the first in 20 years. The wrecker was on scene before I could find out if all were okay. They assisted in getting us to a safe area of the highway. We all know that tow trucks work for certain repair shops. So I agreed to their suggestion for Allied Collision. The people at the shop were friendly and professional. I expressed my need for an expedient repair due to other obligations. They shared my concern and agreed to work it quickly as possible. I picked up my truck a few days later and it looked great. Allied is a good company and they understand that its not just about the car and the repair, but the person also. I'm glad I made the choice to use them and I recommended them to others.
Avoid at All Cost!. There isn't one person at Allied Collision with the capability of telling the truth. They are definitely a scam operation.
Disgustingly upset and Ripped Off! Beware of these scammers. I had an accident on the freeway and tow truck pulled up. Waited for the police to arrive to make the report. I called my insurance and they recommended a place. I wish I had listened to my gut instinct NEVER again. Stay away from this place do not get hooked, force them to take your car to your authorized repairs facility and find another tow truck if necessary. The tow truck driver heard this and had someone from the collision center meet us to convince us we should use there center and said they'd work with out deductable. Said all parts and repair would be lifetime warranty. Made it seem very easy UNTIL they wanted pmt before repair was started, when I asked to move to my facility they lied an said work started. 30 days later car was repaired and only body and paint is lifetime warranty, horrible service and attitude from all associates. Once they know you have seen thru them they will give you the run around because you are at there mercy.
Good Professional service. All promises kept..
This shop wants your business. They are willing to do an extra mile to get you. And they keep all their promises.
My car was ready in about 3 weeks. Good quality repair. they have promised lifetime warranty and I am sure that they will keep their word should problems arise.
Will recommend them to friends.
We must stop Allied go on scamming.
A lot of people become victims of fraud by Allied Collision. The police and government should close it.
