Rude/Unprofessional. Rude/Unprofessional: Staff said my clothes were not up to standards, were ugly & out of date (very expensive business suits from Casual Corner, Petite Sophisticate, Van Heusen Women, Ann Taylor, etc.) not from Target, etc! Some stores have closed

Hope you like organized and friendly; you'll find it here!. I like to shop resale because it puts my size all in one place, so the organization at Changes gives it immediate points in my book. This shop has very committed, active staff who are always busy helping customers and straightening up. There's just enough merchandise for about an hour's worth of shopping and trying things on (which varies by customer, of course, but that's my estimate). If you're looking for something specific, it will take maybe 5 minutes to know whether it's in the store or not (since there isn't a lot of clutter inhibiting your process). The shoes have little color-coded dots so that you need not pick up a gorgeous specimen, only to find it's a 5 1/2 that's been misplaced in the 7's section. There's a little jewelry section there, too, so if you're trying to put together a whole outfit for an event, it's probably that you could do it all in one spot. Check it out--if you become a regular, you're also rewarded with a little punch-card that is eventually worth $20 off!

Great Shopping. I have been to this ladies resale shop for years and you would never know it was a resale shop because you feel like you are in a high end ladies boutique from the moment you walk in to the store. They have recently expanded to almost double the amount of floor space and so now it is even larger. The only negative I have to say is they need to also add more fitting rooms, but maybe that is going to be expanded also. Lots of really cute stylish clothing.

You'll Love the Ch$nge!. Love this Store ! Great Selection of Ladies and Junior Clothing, Aceessories and Home decor small furniture pieces - The store is beautiful and well planned - You feel special the moment you walk in. Retail Therapy ... You gotta Go see
