Houston >Westheimer Nail
Best nail place. In response to another post, the reason this place has a wait sometimes is because it is great, but I have never had to wait. Try to avoid busy times. I've have over 20 pedicures over the past three years from this place all from different girls and had phenomenal service each and every time. Skin scrub, lotion massage, hot oil & rocks massage, wax overlay, shoulder massage and temple massage for $25 and each pedicure lasts on average 45+ minutes so it is sincere attention to your feet. That's their 'regular' pedi. Plus the way they apply the nail polish it doesn't fall off in two weeks. I practically still have toe nail polish on my feet 3-4 months after I visit this place. They do quality fantastic work for a VERY reasonable price.
cuticle bleeding - - No insurane, not all techs licensed. Very dissapointed in service. Lady named "Kim" did my nails. She cut my cuticle up really bad to where it bled on their towels. I asked her to show me their insurance information she said she did not have any. She showed me her license but she showed me the owners license who had a different name. Bad service overall, questionable licenses - I went to the westheimer location next to TDECU
Too long of a wait.. I went there and they took over half an hour to start working on me. For the money that i was gonna pay for a deluxe pedicure, i would rather go to Village Nails on Bunker Hill. They are faster, friendlier and they do a good job overall. The only reason why i went there is because it's closer to my job.
My nails always look good!. I go to this nail salon all the time. Each time I go I have had a different nail tech...which can be scary at times. You don't know if they will do as good as the one prior. I have never had a bad experience. I recommend Penny or Kim. My nails always look natural. I get the overlay only since my nails are already long.
