Rude service, no point going here. First time I've ever been refused water in a restaurant. Water flowing freely from the soda machine, but no matter. You are REQUIRED to buy a drink here. No thanks. I objected to this, particularly since my wife was dehydrated, and the manager - the manager no less - told me off and asked me if I'd come here for pizza or for water. We left. You don't get to talk to a patron that way. The assistant manager apologized for his manager's behavior. How sad is that? How good can the food be if the manager cares more about nickeling and diming people? Never again.

It's Jersey Pizza not New York.
Thank god I found this place 15 years ago when they were in the West Oaks Mall. I thought I died and went to pizza hell when I was transfered here from NY. Pizza was a mystery substance here in Houston. My goodness CICI's pizza are you nuts!
By the way just for clarification it's Jersey pizza not New York! What's the difference NOTHING! Except the guy's are from Jersey and saying they are from NY is like saying a Texan is just another southerner! You get wacked for it.
The reason the pizza here is so good is not the water or anything else. What makes this place and others special is that the owners are here every day. They open the place and they close the place so they have a vested interest in making the best product possible. They use fresh ingredients, the service is fast and friendly and the place is clean. If you have a complaint you talk the owner and it is resolved right there. They do not send you a coupon for a dinner in the mail. Go here and experience a piece of Jersey, enjoy!

Fresh hot pizza. One of the best pizza places I know, ever. Kids love it, husbands love it, I get a break and love it!

Good Pizza.
Mine wasn't overly greasy, sauce was good. The chicken parmigiana was great...
I eat pizza all over US. This is decent.

REAL New York Pizza.
While my New Yorker friends claim that "it's the water" that makes New York pizza so special, Brothers has proved to me time and time again that you don't have to be in the Big Apple to enjoy a slice of authentic New York style pizza.
Simple and thin, with a crispy crust and served piping-hot, a just one piece of Brothers cheese or pepperoni pizza, and I'm transported back to the streets of New York City. While other Houston pizzerias can most certainly hold their own, Brothers does New York pizza, well, like New Yorkers should.

Don't look any further for great pizza!. This is by far the best pizza I have had in Houston. It's reasonable, the service is excellent and the pizza tastes just like it does in NYC.

Friendly service, fantastic pizza, what more could you ask for?. My sister's boyfriend introduced me to this place and I am so glad that he did. BEST PIZZA I've ever had in Houston! Not only that, but I am truly big on customer service everywhere. And this place totally delivers! The guys there are so friendly and the establishment feels like a big family. If only I didn't live so far from Brothers...I'd be there everyday!

Best pizza & customer service in all of Houston, TX!. We've been eating here for 10 years!!! The pizza dough, sauce, and toppings are "really" fresh and the staff is extremely polite! You won't find any better anywhere else in Houston!
