Terrible service-staff more interested in talking to each ot. Paid $75 for a 60-minute facial. The therapist started 30 minutes late and only did a 35-minute facial. Also, didn't offer any weekend appointments. This weekend is booked, next weekend, there is no therapist. This is sad, but with so much competition, I HOPE they go out of business.

GREAT RESULTS. I had just had a baby and I went to see Dr. Shannon to have a breast augmentation. His staff was fabulous, they were very thorough with the information that they gave to me, and were a great help throughout the entire surgery. Dr. Shannon was very caring and informative from my first consult throughout my postsurgical care. My surgery turned out wonderful. My results are great and my incisions are barely noticeable 6 months later. I could not recommend a better plastic surgeon to my family and friends.

Excellent Care!!!! Highy Recommended!!!. I broke my nose in November 2007. I was seen in an after hours clinic and referred to Dr Shannon's office. My experience with his staff was EXCELLENT. Just as soon as I was seen they were speaking with my insurance company getting the approvals needed for my reduction. There are extended waits with appointments, and its not fast, however, you are the person of the hour while in the office with Dr Shannon as well as during your procedures. I would recommend Dr Shannon and his staff to anyone needing any sort of reconstruction or cosmetic procedures. It has been several months since my procedure. I have healed well and have no regrets or second thoughts on whether or not I should have used another physician. I will use Dr Shannon in the future should I or anyone in my family need his expertise. THANK YOU DR SHANNON AND STAFF! YOU ARE EXCELLENT!

Seven years is a long time ago.... I had breast augmentation with Dr. Shannon just recently in 2006. I did not have AT ALL the same type of experience as others seem to have had seven years ago. Dr. Shannon did a wonderful job- I am very pleased with the results... I am symmetrical, the incisions have almost disappeared and I have no complaints regarding the quality of my surgery. I also thought I got a fair price and excellent results. The team that performed the surgery was very professional and knowledgeable- and the anesthesiologist was wonderful too. I knew several other women who had their breasts done by Dr. Shannon as well- and they too had NO complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend anyone considering plastic surgery to have a consultation with Dr. Shannon and see for yourself if you feel comfortable with him and his staff.

Do not have breast augmentation by Dr. Thomas Shannon. I had a breast augmentation by Dr. Thomas Shannon about 7 years ago and being so young did not know any better. He came into the OR in a bad mood and when I started to get up from the table to asked for my family they put me under. One breast was larger than the other afterwards, the pockets were made to large so that when I lay down my breast fall down to my side, he left in a stich that is still there to this day and when he made the incisions he made one longer than the other so that now my nipple area is not the same in appearance as the other. I am going to have them redone by a more experienced doctor. I hope this will help another person from this happening to them.
