confused staff, high prices, zerona not worth it !!. I was booked for an appointment on my day off that I didn't need, there was a bunch of confusion surrounding that. Ok, they did give me some free product, but it was a huge waste of time, in the middle of the afternoon. When I had the juvederm, similar confusion. Prices are by far higher than anywhere else. OK, there is some artistry in doing juvederm, but thermage and zerona, no. Call around, you'll get better prices elsewhere for non technical products. Rooms are sterile and I was freezing and they could barely find me an old blanket to keep warm. As far as Zerona, don't waste your money! I went through 2 cycles, followed the diet, took the pills- seems the inches I lost probably came from the diet and exercise. I did not see a huge improvement. Use lipo instead- that can be directed to a specific area, it's less expensive, and you DO see results. I should have just burned that 3K+ for that... oh well.

10 out of 10. OMG, this was absolutely the best experience getting my skin taken care of EVER. After going here, why would you want to try any other dermatologist? Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. The place is very well appointed; I love the art work, too!

Best Spa and Dermatology Office In Houston. I have been going to this office for quite a while now and have referred many of my friends as well as my family. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen various provider from doctors to aestheticians and they all deliver quaility service and great results. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a Dermatologist or a Spa.

Poor Experience. I just came from my first--and what will be my last-- visit to this office. In the 40 minutes that I was there, the doctor only spoke with me for no more than 4 minutes. About two of those minutes she spent talking about the strange plumbing they have in their building. I kid you not. I was hoping to address a couple of embarrassing issues I am experiencing, but was uncomfortable with the assistant that was also in the room (who was never introduced to me). I did not bring up these issues. The doctor talked quickly and I felt rushed. She said someone else would be coming in the room to consult with me over the procedure I am interested in (the doctor did not). After waiting for several minutes, a different unidentified woman came into the room and stated that the person who was supposed to provide the consultation was unavailable, they would call me, and took me back to the front for payment. After I paid, the woman said she would give me the business card of the person to call for the phone consultation (less than a minute ago this person was going to call me,, now I would need to call them for more information) and asked me to follow her into the office across the hall. I was escorted to the waiting room of that office where a lady at the front desk began talking to me about the procedure I was interested in and asking me questions right there in front of the other people in the waiting room! I could not believe it! I told her I was no longer interested and immediately left. Very unorganized. Very unprofessional. No patient care. I would agree with the google review that the staff was friendly and helpful, but my overall experience was unacceptable and truly a waste of my time.

Awesome spa!. This doctor's office recently added a SPA and it's the best! I can go in for a medical issue and get a facial or waxing all in the same day. I love that the estheticians are trained by physicians, it makes me feel so much more comfortable seeing them in that type of atmosphere. I even had my eyelashes tinted so I don't have to wear mascara EVERY day!!! Awesome!

The Best Dermatology office EVER!!!. When I called the office I knew this was a great office. From the get go, just making an appointment was very easy. The office staff was very nice and answered all my questions. I printed up all the new patient information from their website, again, another easy thing. Then I went into their beautiful office, signed in and waited all but 5 minutes to see one of their doctors. The doctor was so nice and very explanatory.

I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has medical dermatology problems or cosmetic issues.

Great customer service and fabulous results!. Great doctors, nurses, and staff. Always an amazing experience both for medical and cosmetic procedures. Go in and see for yourself!

Great results, extremely professional. I tried the laser hair removal. I was so satisfied with the staff performance and their professionalism that I didn't even try to shop around for lower fees, and I always do that for everything else!

They're very careful when doing the treatment and conservative and, being a doctor myself, I appreciate that and know that they are very ethical.

Results are just what they told me to expect, about 70% hair loss and I'm very happy with that. I recommend them to anyone interested. They are doctors first, and then beauticians and that makes a big difference for patient's safety and results' sake.
