I really enjoyed my experience at Memorial Dentists. They gave me some great cleaning tips for in between visits, my whitening treatment went so well and I left smiling and happy! I have referred some friends to go and they are loving the high level of service and the new facility!

Bad experience-overcharging!. Came for basic check up and cleaning, instead of doing what I want, what they did was full mouth debridement deep cleaning and few other things without tellin me which not covered by my dental insurance. After I came home, told my husband and he was shocked! He called the insurance and wanted to find out why it was so expensive and want to know what they did to my teeth till cost me a lot of money.

Total was $1400+ for cleaning and 2 fillings. UNBELIEVABLE!

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I went to a dentist in Katy for years and he never got my crowns done right. I thought that I just had to live with the way they are. I thought that everything was fine. Until, I tried a different office ( Memorial Dentists) thru a flyer I got in the mail.The staff was very warm and welcoming. the office felt cold but, they even offered me a blanket which made me feel better. I was first called in by the Hygienist, she took my x-rays and talked with me about any concerns that I had. She really put my fears at ease. I had the most through check up from the dentist they even checked for gumdisease, and oral cancer. ( my other dentist never did any of that) I felt they really cared about me and my needs. I had many questions on the treatment that was recomended but, they explained and showed me with a mirror and this camera they used in my mouth. I could see for myself the problem areas. The front desk explained what my insurane covers before treatment was done. Now after treatment is all complete I'm so happy with my new crowns I can smile for the first time and not feel selfconcious. I recomended this office to all my friends and family.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! RIP-OFF!. DO NOT GO HERE!

My husband's insurance changed to Delta so we decided to go here since it was close to our home; would be more out of pocket using our regular dentist of 2 years (Dr. Armstrong which is fabulous). What a mistake!!! Right away, Dr. Fleury and the hygienist suggested deep cleaning and claimed my husband had periodontitis. Then was ready to proceed with the procedure without asking for my husband's procedure; basically so you need this... let's get started. Also, Dr. Fleury spent much time poking around and provided over $1100 out of pocket treatment plan which he really does not need!!! I suggested that he just get really cleaning and leave, the Dr looked very disappointed. My sister is a pedo dentist and my brother-in-law is orthodontist and advised us to have the x-rays released which is free unless a copy is made then it's $35. Well, the receptionist says we had to pay $35 and they do not give out original xrays!!!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DENTAL PRACTICE WE'VE EVER BEEN TO AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE, THEY DO NOT USE CONSERVATIVE METHOD AND WILL ADVISE YOU FOR TREATMENTS THAT IS NOT NECESSARILY NEEDED!
