I went to Dr. Eisemann's office for Laser Hair Removal last year and was burned badly after being told I was a perfect candidate for Laser Hair Removal at the consultation visit, that cost $60. I got 2nd and 3rd degree burns on my legs and underarm area and still have scars on my body from the burns. I went back to the office the next day (it had become apparent that my skin wasn't just a little irritated when my skin was charred) and he asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" and generally acted like he didn't care. He pulled out a prescription pad to write a prescription for bleaching cream - that I would have to pay for, and I stopped him because why should I have to pay for the mistake his office made on my body? This is the most unprofessional dr's office I have ever been to, and I wish he had been honest during the consultation.
Pros: In the Med Center, so I thought this might be a reputable office
Cons: I have burn scars all over my body because of this dr.

Had a consult for a breast augmentation. Initially the office staff was great. Very prompt with information. But that didn't take long to change. Waited a long time at his office in the lobby and room. Doctor came in like he just ran a marathon. Hair messed up, clothes wrinkled. Not someone you would consider for breast augmentation. Hello! Attention to detail! Very negative during consultation. Did not let me talk. Then made me pay for the consult! Started complaining about women getting there breast too big from the beginning of the appointment. He seemed a little irritated. To top it all off, he quoted me a price in writing and then tried to up the price! He said the prices went up since the e-mail and it wouldn't be fair to the rest of his patients if he charged me the first quote. What? Office staff had no personality! Don't waste your time or money. Go to Dr. Steely! He was excellent!
