Thanks So Much. I've always appreciated the Customer Service aspect of Monarch Dental. For example, a "live" voice calling to confirm my appointments is a lost art these days. I appreciate those little things that I know takes additional time for the office staff to do.

Outstanding service. Outstanding service. Both my cleaning and root canal were handled very well and pain free. Even got a follow-up call the next day to make sure I was feeling ok. Never in my life have I had a dental office call as a courtesy the next day. I'm more than happy with this office and the dental service.

Great office staff. Great office staff!!!! It's like they are all pulling for you to get your issue ( dental work) done to your best satisfaction. Dentists are also caring.

Great dental office!. I've always had good experiences at this office. The staff and hygenists are extremely nice and professional. The dentists are caring and gentle during procedures. I always feel as if I'm getting professional and courteous advice and their office has been very helpful with payments and financial assistance as my husband and I are without dental insurance. Their office is always very clean and well kept which I'm picky about with dental and doctor's offices. New patients, bear in mind they do book appointments a few weeks out (sometimes a month out) if it's for standard cleaning or routine check up. They can always get you in faster if your teeth are bothering you and/or you're experiencing immediate discomfort or pain. My husband and I have been patients for 6+ years now and will remain so. Highly recommend!

Total unvailable service. How can an office this big not have any appointments available until mid-January 2008 when it is November 7th?
