Super nice food & service. The food comes out fresh and hot!!!

The service is good, but sometimes need a little bit improvement.

I absolutely enjoy the Gumbo they have over there!!!

Great Food & Service. The food was hot and service was prompt. Atmosphere was very comfortable. Our waitress was very courteous and nice.

Worst.Service.Ever. Food's not bad. Order for pick-up: never attempt to eat in the actual restaurant.. I live in the neighborhood and have tried for the past four years to find a reason to change my opinion of them. The food is not bad... I've not had the spoiled fooed experience described by the crawfish-eating group, although I've had exactly the same service and manager experience they describe. I go for the shrimp and fish and it's pretty good... except by the time the food finally arrives and the terrible servers have totally irritated me, I just can't enjoy it. No one working at this restaurant has ANY concept of appropriate food service and customer service. I occasionally order take-out and make my son go pick it up.

Worst service of my life. I and a group of my friends went in to Baytown Seafood tonight 4/16/08 (there were eight of us) ready to spend money and eat some good food. I had heard many good reviews about this restraunt and was ready to give it a try, unfortunately my experience was down right HORRIBLE!!!!!! We ordered 4 lbs of crawfish and at $10.00/2lbs i was expecting some really good crawfish, thats not at all what i got. Im not sure what exactly was wrong with it but it didnt look at all cooked and maybe even a bit spoiled. We only ate about 6 of them and that was hardly one for each person. The waitress (who was amazing) took it back and said she would comp it. When we got our ticket i noticed the crawfish had not been taken off so i asked her about it and she said we had ate more than half of it so there was nothing they could do. i asked to speak to the shift manager (the most rudest person ive ever met in my life). This women had no idea what customer service is and should not even be close to the position of a restaurant manager. They brought us the spoiled crawfish and still made us pay for it. I work in a restraunt that cooks crawfish and lived in Louisiana for a good part of my life so i know what im talking about when it comes to crawfish and to customer service. DONT EVER GO THERE AND PLEASE DONT EVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANY OF YOUR FRIENDS!!!!!

Best Sea food any where !. This restaurant on Hwy 1092 is excellent.

Never had a bad meal....Big portions for the hungry man.

Great servers, courteous and neat.

But do not go late in evening, as baked potatos may not be

available.

I would go here every day, it is so good.
