Be careful! make sure they tell you costs. My husband recently had his hair done by Albert Luiz and he convinced him to get a straightening treatment in 2 weeks. He was NOT told the extreme cost. His concern for the treatment safety was unfounded once he researched the product. They told him the cost of the hair cut with out prompting but couldn't tell him the cost of the keratin treatment. Every high end salon/spa confirms treatment and pricing with the client. I disagree that it's an industry standard not to discuss pricing. He likes the results and is looking forward to the next visit but would appreciate more explanation in the future.

Excellent Really Pleased with the Service. I am really satisfied with the service and treatments that I am receiving and what I am receiving. Sarah has really taken care of my skin and she has done an excellent treatment with all of her products. She has really made me change the way I feel about myself. She is the only person who knows what she is doing and she has helped me take care of my skin a lot. Thank you Sarah for everything that you have done for me. You are the best and I will recommend my friends and Family to you.

An AMAZING STYLIST!!!. If you want the perfect color and cut, Yvette Peralta is an expert!! She really listens to what you want done and she makes it happen. The color is always absolutely flawless and her cuts are the best, not to mention the wonderful blow-out and style she gives you. If you really want to feel pampered and walk away with a huge smile knowing your hair looks great, then Yvette is for you! I will never again go to anyone else.

Amazing! my hair heroes!. I walked into Albert Luiz on the day of my prom teary eyed and with a mess of an "updo." They took me in right away, first they assessed the damage done by the other salon, then (didn't catch the name) added makeup which was extremely fabulous! After my makeup was done Sarah did my hair, and it came out better than i could have expected! I will never go to another salon besides this one!!!!

Kirstene Butler. I am very hair-handicapped - always at a loss as to what to do with my hair. The minute Kirstene and I started talking she knew what to do. She told me her vision and ideas, we talked about it, I loved her thoughts and the result was FANTASTIC!!!! I have never been happier with the color and cut of my hair!!! If you need someone to bring out your best style and most beautiful color - see Kirstene. Not only is she VERY talented, but beautiful, funny, and has a heart of gold.

I had to come back to get things fixed twice!!!. My experience with this place was disaster, I had to ocme and fox my hair color and cut to be satisfied. If you don't mind argueing with them ot get a servoce worht what you pay , yu end up with what they offer you which is not different than others except for the handsome bill you pay. Be specific when you ask who is going to do the jobbe clear of your expectation and if you leave not happy , go back and talk to Ameen the manager, don't waste time argueing with the girls as they will tell you it is your fault that you are not happy!!!! If you can suggest a good salon I would truly appreciate it

Whitney Morrow is the best- Hands down!. I live in downtown Houston, but drive the 50 miles back and fourth just to see little miss Whitney! Not only is she the cutest thing I've ever seen, she's very talented. She makes me feel so beautiful every time I am in her chair. If you are looking for someone who is educated, a wonderful stylist AND person, Whitney is your girl!

Anthony is my hero. OMG so, I was there for my prom two weeks ago and had an appointment booked with another stylist. I had no idea who i was going to or what i really wanted in a style. My scheduled stylist had a complicated client and was running way behind and because everyone else was completely booked I was told that my appointment might not happen. I was DEVASTATED and started to panic because it was about 5pm on a Saturday and there was no where else for me to get my hair done at so the only thing left for me to do was cry. But with some stroke of luck, Anthony walked by and was grabbed by a desk staff. Even though he was fully booked and was waiting on his next client that was running late, within minutes i was sitting in his chair. He has this amazing ability to stay very calm and collected and very sweet, not to mention really cute.

After a quick talk about what my dress was, how my hair is and the general look i was going for, he went at it. I'm very tender headed and throughout the entire evening style, i never even felt any pain. He comforted me by showing me every step of the way and explained what he was doing before setting it to make sure that i was okay with it. In the end, I couldn't have asked for a better stylist. My evening style looked AMAZING and was the talk of the night. EVERYONE asked where I got my hair done and the only thing I regretted was that I should have taken a fistful of his business cards before I left.

Anthony is nothing short of MY HERO. He saved my prom day and he made me feel like a million bucks the entire night. When it comes to evening styles, he knows what he's doing and it shows. I'll never go to anyone else for my evening styles as long as Anthony is around and you shouldn't either.

Ecstatic about my haircut and blonde highlights!. I moved from Dallas to Sugar Land two years ago and immediately booked a hair cut and highlights with a salon inside the loop. Five salons and two years later I am finally at peace with my hair again. Phylis Benoit at Albert Luiz Salon in Sugar Land Town Square is an extraordinary talent. Her instincts about color are spot on. When you see a child with naturally blonde hair it is always rich with a depth of shades. Phyllis took me back to the sandy blonde, gently sunkissed hair I had as a child. Her technique eliminates tiger stripes and the brassy, patterned highlights that have become so common among careless color technicians. She is clearly an artisian who cares about her craft. After getting my hair highlighted I followed up a week later with a hair cut. She cleaned up the choppy mess the last person who cut it left me with and the end result was just the right length and a fresh beautiful look I can easily duplicate. In short Phyllis is phenomenal.
