These guys can build anything that has the word computer. I purchased an ITX computer about the size of a shoebox, with an i73770k and an NVidia 670 video card, how cool is that?

Best place for computers, new or repaired, even used.. Have used them for repairing my old desk top and laptop for years, (2003 models) Have never been disapointed with the work or price! Will be the first place I go for replacements. I bought a use one from them for my daughter. A little over a hundred bucks. Its still working year-n-a-half later.

Great customer service. Had a custom gaming computer built which runs awsome and at a great price. The best part being any time I have problems or questions there is someone there who is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. These guys have a customer for life!

Much longer Warranty. I purchased a MSI notebook, very good price and a three year warranty at no additional cost. They also gave me Free antivirus software no yearly Fee.

Great prices and knowledge. Went into Best Buy last week to buy a gaming computer, was treated like I did not matter to them and they did not need my money. I went into Neobox computers in Spring, was told of them by a friend, and I wound up getting a better computer at a better price! I am so glad my friend told me about this place! I highly recommend them!

Not very personable. Sent an employee in with our computer and listed the problem and the employee at Neobox was very negative and degrading towards her. I got on the phone and his attitude was the same.

There are too many computer repair shops in the area to have to put up with a bad attitude so we went somewhere else.

Treating customers with respect is high on my list.

my #1 pc company to do business with. I was recommended by a friend a few years ago and now i buy pretty much all my pc hardware here. Above all else i think the best thing i can say is you can actually talk to a LIVE person who really knows what they are talking about. The have built many computers for me and every single time its been right on the money for what i told them i needed it for. Neobox definatley has a lifetime customer with me.

Alway helpful. A friend recommended Neobox because of the pricing on components. I've built four computers since then and the reason I go back is because they've always been helpful. Every time I've had a problem they have always helped me either over the phone or in person.
