DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRESTONE!! A year later from the last comment and it is THE SAME PRACTICE! Was charged over $400 for a simple oil change and tune-up... but what am I to do when I was quoted $17.95 and ended up being told it will be over $400 and they have my car keys!?!? YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Overpriced and not Honest. I came here for an oil change. I was charged 100$ for a full synthetic oil change. Later I found out that I could get the same for 60$ at other stores.

The technician suggested I change my timing belt and flush all fluids. What he did not know was I already got these done on my car less than 6 months back. They just want to make money out of you.

Also I was given a quote of tires of 600$ for 4 tyres. At discount tire the same were about 350$.

I was also not able to use my firestone free tire rotation service, as they claim they are family owned and they have nothing to do with firestone. They are just using the name of firestone to get customers.

This place is a family owned con business and I am not going back there again.

Way overpriced. Bought a set of 4 tires from here about a year ago. About 6 months ago 1 of the tires splitit (factory defect I was told). They replaced it but charged me $180 to replace it. Another tire has a small split and they will replace it for another $180.00. Next time I will go to Discount Tires or someplace else that will stand behind the product they sell. The set of tires I purchased cost almost $1,000.00 so they weren't inexpensive tires. Everytime I've gone into this place, I've been hit with needing to replace or fix parts on my car. They've given me estimates of the repairs that, after checking around with other car repair places have been 1/3 to 1/2 higher than most places charge. I always feel like they are trying to scam me. I will not be going back to them for anymore tires or mechanical work.

Too Many Shops Around to Deal With This Place. After having purchased several sets of tires from this shop in the past, I'm sorry to say that I've gone elsewhere. Yesterday I went in to this shop doing some tire price comparisons, and the individual behind the counter would not give me a comparison price. Instead, he wanted to sell me something I didn't want. I repeatedly told him I had researched a tire I was interested in, already had a price from a competitor, and would like Grand Parkway Firestone's price. Although he acknowledged they had (or could get) the tire of interest, he wouldn't provide a quote unless I first showed him the one I already had.

After the fourth request, I walked out. I'll be purchasing a set of tires today from their competitor and having them installed on the car.

For abuse and rude service shop here. I bought a $20.00 coupon for prepaid oil change from an aggressive door to door salesperson.

When I brought it in for service I was treated like a criminal. The person was rolling his eyes and pointing to all the other cars and people that were going to be before me.

I was so shaken by the experience that I will never, ever buy a prepaid coupon for services for any reason.

FAST,CHEAP SERVICE. I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE TECH FOUND SOME MINOR PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR.THEY FIXED THEM AND GOT ME BACK ON MY WAY. THANK YOU

BEST SERVICE AROUND. THE STAFF HERE IS VERY HELPFUL. THE STAFF WORKS WELL TOGETHER.I CAME IN TO GET A QUOTE ON TIRES THE SERVICE WRITER WAS BUSY, SO ONE OF THE TECHS CAME IN AND HELPED ME OUT. I WAS IN AND OUT IN 10 MIN. I THINK THE GUY WHO HELPED ME WAS NAMED JOHN. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. THE QUOTE HE GAVE ME WAS 50 DOLLERS LES THAN THE FIRESTONE ON MASON RD.

They went out of their way for me!. I had an electrical problem with my work van. I took it in to the Dodge dealership several times and they couldn't fix it. They couldn't have cared less about my time and my frustration in getting my van fixed at the Dodge dealership.

I went to Firestone and the technician came in on his day off and fixed my van. He had printed off all these sheets about the electrical wiring in my van. He diagnosed the problem in about ten minutes, and fixed it in one day.

I feel like they really went out of their way to help me. They got my van fixed and got me back in business in no time. They even billed my warranty company for me. They got a repeat customer. This place isn't just for tires. They really took the time to research the problem and fix it properly!

AVOID THIS PLACE NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!. If my vehicle broke down in front of this shop I would push it to another shop if I had to. I was given an OUT OF SITE estimate compared to another shop that was over priced. Tried to sale me evrything under the hood. I left there with a $1300 estimate just for preventive maintenance. My vehicle has 23000 miles.
