Bad People. Hired them for water restoration. We know nothing about the process of water restoration. Two contractors came out, one from the insurance company. Both stated several things that had not been done. No holes drilled in the toe boards. No sheetrock was cut out. Wet carpet never removed. They removed some wet carpet, baseboards, and some blowers were placed. They charged 4,000. I will pay the bill. God has a place for people like this.

Won't warrant their product. This company is formerly Four Seasons Roofing. They kept the initials of the former company, have the same owner, phone number, etc. but will NOT honor the warranties for work done under the other company name. Their web site claims that customer service is important to them, as it should be, but when it comes down to it that appears to be untrue. We spent almost 20,000.00 on our roof and I love it, but when we had some decking seperate from the rafters I called them for repair since it is still under warranty. After several days and phone calls later, I was told that they would not warrant the defect, but they may consider giving me a discounted estimate. I don't feel that is a very good way of doing business and would certainly recommend checking out a more stable company that may not change their name in the future to keep from doing warranty work.

Best Houston Roofing & Home Improvement Company. AMAZING COMPANY! (THANK YOU!) Honestly, I wish there were more companies like this one in our area...after the horrible line up of other companies we requested estimates from and dealt with all of the over priced quotes and unprofessional estimators running their businesses out of their trucks...this company was really a breath of fresh air. (what a mess...call these guys first!) We have recommended this top of the line company to tons of friends and family members! They installed our new roof and re-sided our home with hardie plank siding about a year ago...not only were they affordable, they went above and beyond our expectations of a local roofing company. Amazing customer service, GRADE 'A' workmanship, quick clean up, and so professional we almost forgot they were a local small business. If you are looking for a company who takes care of you and your home...call these guys. Thanks again Steve - your company is amazing! - The Gutierrez Family!
