Excellent Mall and Customer Service

Northwest Mall is an excellent mall. In the near future it will be one of the most productive Malls in Houston. It is a great atmosphere with plenty of friendly people. Everyone should look forward to bigger and better things in Northwest Mall!!!!

No, tell me it isnt so. Northwest mall has totally gone downhill. As a child I can recall how beautiful Northwest Mall was for Christmas, and how vibrant. The mall would be packed on any given day. But not anymore. Ever since JCPenney went out of business, this mall went downhill. Every store seems to be closing, I look for the entire mall to close soon. They need a renovation bad, or to just close down. The Galleria and Willowbrook are taking all the malls' business
