The Work Customer Service!!!. I took my daughter to Parisina, located on Tidwell, to try on quinceanera dresses. You would think the owner, Araceli, would be helpfull and happy tosell her highly priced dresses. She gave the WORST SERVICE. She was not friendly, SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL and SHE HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER! The first time I went, my daughter tried on a couple of dresses and was quoted a price on a dress we liked. We told her we needed to think about it but i was sure we would be back. We went again a 2nd time and before i could ask to see and try on the dress she came upto me and said this was the last time my daughter would try the dress! RIDICULES!!! I was ready to buy but I needed to try on the dress one last time just to make sure that's the dress we wanted but the owner's attitude made it alot easier for me to go EXCLUSIVE BRIDAL which offered great customer service and a better deal on the same dress she was selling me for $650!!! I truely feel sorry for her employees!!!

worst bridal store ever!!. this is a horrible place!! i do NOT recomend this store the lady their is rude and and cant do their work right bad service!! i ordered my dress in january sense they told me it takes 4 months for the dress to come it is now june i still havent got the dress and its payed already sense march it was suppose to be here in april and each time i called they would keep telling me a different date did i mention i need my dress this month for pictures! i REGRET ever going to that store
