This was an unexpected experience for me because I am a female and I was treated with respect and the staff explained everything so I could understand it. I was happy with the price after everything was explained to me. The car runs great.

Three days after I purchased my car from, the engine clunked out and I had no recourse of getting my money back. I did plenty of research to find the best company to replace my engine for the best price. I came across Thunderbolt and I was introduced to John who went into great detail with me on the procedures and details of having an engine replaced. He reaffirmed most of my research. It was good to encounter that kind of integrity from an auto shop because we usually think they are after money only. The customer service has been wonderful. Any concern(s) that I have are always addressed. I would just like to give thanks to the team there.

I took my car in to Thunderbolt I was not expecting the service I received. It was so much better than I thought! They make it a point to make sure I was happy when I left. In this day and age it's nice to know that there are still family businesses out there that are focused on making the customer happy.

Replaced my engine. My engine went out and I looked on the internet for someone to repair it. Thunderbolt came up and I checked them out. They had some bad reviews and some good reviews. I checked with some of my mechanic friends and they said that had bought from Thunderbolt and they were happy with the products. I went ahead and had Thunderbolt replace the engine. The car runs great.

Recommended. I needed my engine replaced in my 96 Nissan. I asked around and was recommended to Thunderbolt Products by a few people. I was glad I did.
