Beautiful engagement/wedding ring!. My fiance bought my engagement ring at Shaftel and it is exactly what I wanted! The ring is gorgeous and we are going back to Shaftel for the wedding band to match. The customer service is wonderful, and Keith has gone out of his way to ensure we are happy with our selections.

Exquisite Jewelry, Flawless Service. I have officially found my new family jewelry store and it's right here in Houston. I first went to Shaftel's jewelry store to get a ring resized and refurbished. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome that a year later when I was about to get engaged, I knew I had to go back and visit with them. Sure glad i did, too! I started with a few ideas and a conservative budget, and ended up with twice the rock I thought I could afford and an engagement ring that was far better than I envisioned (without going over budget)! It's like they were able to read my mind and figure out what was important to me in my quest for the perfect combination of design and quality. If I had to describe their store in one sentence, I'd say they're a family-owned, small business with Tiffany & Co.'s quality but at less than half the Tiffany retail price. You would be crazy not to check them out!

EXCELLENT...HUGE RELIEF!!. Huge Relief: Unlike most other stores I shopped around at, I felt so comfortable when I walked in their store and was greeted by the owner and not some high-pressure, commission-based salesperson. Like all of us first time diamond shoppers i was nervous about asking the right questions and picking the right stone but I was so impressed by their unsurpassed knowledge that I was immediately put at ease! I've told all my friends and family and everyone who has gone said the same (my sister got a beautiful pair of Ceylon sapphire earrings). Best of all, I got a diamond that was much bigger, and better quality for our budget than I found anywhere else! What girl doesn't want that!?!
