shop for your goods somewhere alse. it was a very bad experience ,I was shopping with my wife at the galleria and we entered this store , I had 2 large suiecases (one 50 %)and a jacket , the assistant told us that we can take any thing 50% with the jacket, so my wife spend 15 minutes trying to find a hadbag , finally we got it , after I went to check out , there were two machines at the counter, but only one employee was there ,chatting with another girl so I took my place on the line , I noticed the manager was engaged in talking on the phone , instead working with the other machine and let me go , the employee at the machine was ignoring me completely , i started to be annoyed , another assistant told him to get out of the talk and finish , only then he realized that there somebody on the line, but it went worse , they said that I could not get the hand bag 50% off . what after 30 minutes of time and ignorance you say so , the manager thiught that I am angry because I didnt get the discount , and tried to force the situation to be like so , I left the bag without any apology for the ignorance and lack of order and decided to send an email to the CEO , I went to their website but there were no such link so I sent to one of their ice pres. , next day a lasy called me and what she did is asking me what did I buy ?? and described what happened to be miscommunication , and tried to force the situation to be an issue of money again ,, so I lost hope so far but decided to warn everybody I know and I do not know about what happend ...I hope this helps
