I'm not sure how the hell they are considered the best. They don't even fully wipe down thei car. If you have a black car you'll definitely see the poor quality at this location. If I were to pick a Mr Car Wash location it would be the Voss location, but not the Kirby location. And even then I wouldn't consider it the best -- but the Voss location is better than the one on Kirby...
Pros: Friendly staff and decent waiting area... but I came to have a good car wash...
Cons: Make sure they actually wipe down your car properly unless you like water spots...

This used to be my number one pick but laitly they have been under par. . . The red carpet special is way too much money. Especialy when they dont even wip down the interior. They allways leave spots of whatever they use all over my console. Thier product do smell good though. lol I love how you can fill up before your wash. Thats cool. This place is ok... I would choose this place over Bubbles anytime.
