After searching on Citysearch and getting a few quotes. I chose this service based on a few things; one prompt reply to my initial inquiry, two-BRAND new cars, and three-professionalism. I really appreciated the fact that the calls I made were typically after hours and were always answered. Tony--the man I spoke with was very nice and responded to all of my questions. Anyway--I was in Houston to celebrate my birthday--Saturday night and as arranged the driver arrived at Pesce ON TIME and called to inform me that he was outside waiting. Upon our departure from the restaurant we were greeted by Richard Mendoza (Our Driver) I have to say Richard was the BEST! After we "took care of business"=handled payment and were familiarized with the vehicle we started our evening and again it was GREAT. I asked Richard if the car had any orange juice (We brought a bottle of Moet to celebrate) but I prefer Mimosas he stated no--only soft drinks-upon departure from our 1st stop to Scott Gertners Sky Bar--VOILA--OJ was on hand! Richard picked up some for me..I thought that was so nice of him! The rest of the evening went EXACTLY the same! Any request was courtesy and professionally attended to! Aside from my boyfriend (whose idea hiring a car was) I have NEVER felt so spoiled! After a GREAT evening I even rec'd a call Sunday afternoon from Tony to inquire abt my evening and to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our service the night before. I assured him we were 110% satisfied. They were GREAT! We had a BALL! IF/WHEN I am in Houston again and in need of a limo--I know exactly who I will call! I even know who I will request as my driver, Richard Mendoza! Thanks for everything--You all made my birthday one I will NEVER forget!
Pros: GREAT driver, BRAND NEW CAR-less than 2000 miles!, very attentive
Cons: NOT ONE!
