I wrote a review last week and it has not been posted yet. One of the reviews online now is disgusting and makes me sick to see that it is still there. We love Urban Tails and the friendly attentive staff. The trainers are the best. When we walk in the door they know our name. My dog is so important to me and I would only leave her in the best of care. This place is immaculate and well staffed. We are excited about the new indoor playground and swimming pool.

My dogs were dropped off during thanksgiving weekend. They had been groomed the day before we took them. When we got them back not only were they traumatized and not acting like themselves but they were filthy, covered in urine and they white fur was brown. Also, the webcam that was suppose to allow us to "see our dogs at all time" was never focused on any dogs' cages. I had a bad feeling when I dropped them off because they were almost attacked by a larger dog when we first got there and Urban tails refused to let us see where our dogs would be staying over the weekend. We found this very odd as we had always been allowed to see the facilities at other boarding places. Not only do we have to bathe our dogs now but work on getting them back to their normal personalities. Thanks a lot urban tails. Now, does anyone have a counselor for dogs they can recommend? it seems like they need it. This place is unsanitary, and dangerous for dogs. I wouldnt be surprised seeing them out of business soon!
