Bellville's Best Restruant. This is the best place in and around Bellville to eat at. The menu has great variety, and the service is excellent. The food ain't bad either.

There is only one improvement they could make at this location, but I am sure they will not.

They need to add a large 60" Flat Screen T.V. on the wall next to the kitchen door.

By doing that, then everyone would come there and watch Nascar, Pro Football, College Football, Baseball and other good activities.

They will not do this, however, because the owners believe this location has the"magic" and they don't want to make a mistake.

Everyone's needs to vote for a "large T.V. !

Represent.. I've been telling anyone who will listen about Galileo's for years. Not only is it the best Mexican food in Bellville, which in itself says a lot, it's the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. Their menu has the staple Mexican food entrées with of few of their own special dishes in the mix. The queso is bar none. It's legit queso, not bright orange melted cheese with rotel. I also recommend the spinach enchiladas, tortilla soup, California burrito, flautas, and the Bellville Dinner. Anything you order though will be fantastic though, no doubt.

They just opened a separate location off 359 right outside of Brookshire. I ate lunch there a few weeks ago. It was equally good as the Bellville location, with the added perk of free ice cream.
