Very helpful!. I really enjoy working with Cheryl she is always helpful. I have had other service people and was not treated the way I have been with Cheryl. I think it helps that she is a woman and very understanding of the clients needs.

Very Pleased. We were very pleased with the overall service. We waited in the lounge area while the oil was changed. The car was ready in the time promised. We were especially appreciative of the courtesy wash job. Thanks so much for a job well done!

As good as it gets!. Nothing to improve! I love the WiFi! I was able to use my laptop and converse/Instant Message with my son using your wifi! He is overseas right now visiting my parents. I was enjoying the coffee and the wifi and before I knew it my car was done!

Terrible Service. Waited 7 weeks for a "critical" part and despite numerous emails and phone calls on my part, never received a response. When finally was able to confirm part was in, dealer unable to schedule a service appointment for another week and could care less about their poor service/handling of the situation.

Love my BMW but hate the service.
