As good as it gets!. Nothing to improve! I love the WiFi! I was able to use my laptop and converse/Instant Message with my son using your wifi! He is overseas right now visiting my parents. I was enjoying the coffee and the wifi and before I knew it my car was done!

Commendable service. Excellent service. Very pleased and appreciative.
Waited 7 weeks for a "critical" part and despite numerous emails and phone calls on my part, never received a response. When finally was able to confirm part was in, dealer unable to schedule a service appointment for another week and could care less about their poor service/handling of the situation.
Love my BMW but hate the service.
