Spa Day for the wife.....

I bought my wife a spa day package. She decided to go with her sister who was in town for the week. She said they were put in a pretty room (wood floors, decor and candles) for most of the day. She said the female therapists were very good and made her feel welcomed. She was walked to the shower and was fed lunch at the spa.She said she was able to get acupuncture for relaxation as well. Overall, she loved it and I was glad she was able to spend some sister time as well. I hope this review helps. We will be trying the couples massage next time.....

Great Massage and Facial

I preface this by saying that I have had many deep tissue massages around houston. I enjoy getting a monthly massage. I recently lost my therapist to relocation.

However, I have found a great therapist at this spa. She is strong and very friendly. I highly recommend her to my wife, co-workers and friends. The place is nice and clean. It is easy to find and has reasonable prices for the quality of massage that you get. The couples room is very pretty. Wood floors, candles, and a great feel. It helps me relax after a 70 hour week.

I am a guy and enjoy getting facials as well so its a done deal for me. The new owners have upgraded the place quite nicely. I recommend this place to everyone.

Worst Experience I've ever had!

This was by far the WORST experience that I have ever had. I can say that the people there were very nice and courteous, but the place and services were not very condusive to relaxation. I did not receive the full services that I paid for. The technicians cheated me out of part of the package that I paid for. And the place did not make you feel like you were at a "Day Spa". I walked out of the bathroom from rinsing off a mud wrap and encountered a male patron at the reception desk. He saw me in my robe. That was quite uncomfortable. They did not even provide slippers to walk around in. The bathroom itself was very drab and seemed unsanitary. The towels to dry off with were in a stack on the floor. And lastly, while I was getting my facial, the technician was text messaging when she would put the steam towel over my face. Not cool at all. And after all was said and done, after my message and facial I was not even allowed to take a shower. I had to go home all oily. I usually don't respond to these reviews but I figured it might help prevent someone else from wasting there money and their time. Thanks!
