Good food, Not so good waiters. I like Zio's better than Olive Garden because it's not as crowded and no waiting for a table. I prefer to order to go because some of the waiters need more training.

Probably 1 out of the 3 times I've gone, our waiter was amazing and quick with retreving anything I needed to keep my baby happy and quiet while eating lunch.

The other 2 times I've gone, the waiter was not as amazing..One time, the waiter never came to the table to ask if we needed anything or if we wanted a refill on our drinks. He just brought our food and left for 20 minutes only to hand us the bill to pay. The other time I went in with my family and a friend, I order a glass of wine, the waiter asked for my ID and I had just recently changed my last name so I had the paper ID with my picture, info, and public notary seal along with my old ID that had a corner cut on it and he told me I could not order any drink with alcohol because of my forms of ID's. I had no problem ordering drinks from other restaurants with those 2 forms of ID while I waited for the new one in the mail.

Best Italian Food for the Price in the Area!. Yes, it is a chain, but the food, the portion sizes and the price are more than fair ..... I have never had a disappointing meal at Zio's. I liked everything that I have ever tried. Italian Nacho's are amazing. The lasagna is huge and tasty. Not to metion the friendly service....they have it all.

Dishonest Practices!. My mom has have visited your location in Webster, TX several times and enjoyed the food. However in the past 6 months she had an unforgiveable thing happen TWICE. Paid for her meal with a credit card and when she later reviewed her statement the tip amount had been altered. First time she left a cash tip and someone wr...ote in $15. She called and complained to management and it was taken care and later refunded. Sunday 5/30 this happened again. Tip was altered by only 2 dollars this time but still very unacceptable. Your website does not work to complain online....so Facebook, Yelp & Citysearch will have to do and I will be sending a letter to your corporate office as well. Does Zio's want to be known as a dishonest restaurant?

Yeah, no.. Took forever for the food to come out...by the time my friend was done eating, mine came to the table. Like, seriously?

Drink were never refilled, even after trying to get the waitress's attention.

Overall, food was was normal Italian. Nothing to rave about.

best corporate italian food chain in the SE side of Houston. there aren't very many italian restaurants on this side of town ... the quaint mom-n-pop ones are out of the way and hard to find, but nevertheless, this corporate italian chain is a good substitute. the food is of good quality, has a decent wine bar, and the desserts are quite tasty (the tiramisu is probably one of their better highlights). the ambience is lovely, capturing the charm and cozy feel that an italian restaurant should. although i have tried better italian food elsewhere, it will still satisfy your palette. great place to have a romantic dinner for 2 ... or for a small gathering of friends.*

A family-friendly casual and affordable approach to Italian trattoria dining.. In Short
With whimsical trattoria decor, including lots of hanging pots and pans, black-and-white photos and Italian-inspired knickknacks, Zio's creates a pleasant--if not necessarily authentic--atmosphere for enjoying an Italian meal. Families, young dates and subdued couples appreciate the spacious dining room and unpretentious service. The menu offers such classic favorites as chicken pomodoro, chicken Alfredo, lasagna and shrimp with angel hair marinara. The apple crisp is served hot and fresh, with slivers of green apple and vanilla ice cream on top.
