Worst Pizza and Customer Service. We ordered a pizza and hot wings order and we stated delivery and expected to get our order in 30 mins. Well 50 mins had gone by and we called back. The manager said that our order had never been placed and that we needed to reorder well she found the order and said that it would be redelivered so we demanded that we get it for free and get reimbursed. We waited again and never received the order so we called back and said the order was delivered but we never received it. The manager was rude when we called back and said that it is not her fault that we never received it. We are just furious and we will never order again from Papa John's.

They always get my order wrong. I ordered a thick crust Chicago style pizza and they delivered a cracker to me. Well, it was as thin as a cracker. I called them up to complain and all they did was argue with me on the phone and would not make what I ordered. They said they don't make a thick crust pizza. Well if that is true, then why did they take my order and then deliver what I did not order. I am never going to order from them again. I feel atleast they could have made it right or refunded my money or something. All they wanted to do is argue with me.
