I quit tanning here six years ago for the same reason as the other unhappy customers listed below. I am now receiving daily text messages for "exclusive deals". I called to ask how to be removed and the gentleman- who was obviously bothered by me calling to ask, told me to "just reply with unsubscribe". It would be nice if you would list that in your obnoxious text alert so they don't have to waste their time, and yours, calling you.

Worst tanning experience EVER. I signed a membership with Perfextions - Robert. He is the most arrogant business owner I've yet to meet. I came in, went to tan and the bed was dirty. I got dressed and told him the bed was dirty - he cleaned it...

The next time I came in to tan, the girl at the counter asked me if I had everything, I said yes. She said do you have eye gear, I said yes.. she I want to see it. WTF? Are you calling customers liars? I showed her, tanned and left.

The next time I came to tan - the beds were dirty again. I left and never returned.

I paid out my year contract thinking, I signed a contract, I'll do the right thing. I called in Jan to make sure everything was handled and I would no longer be getting charged and he said my contract was up in Feb and that was it.

March comes around and I"m charged AGAIN. I call him and he said, you have to mail a letter stating that you want to cancel. I said, why didnt you tell me this when I called you in February? He said it was in my contract I signed..

Soo.. you not only take 400$ of mine for a year of services not used.. you continue AFTER my contract? What a piece of sh*t business you run ROBERT.

Be Careful. Along with scentsygirl, I too had issues with the owner and billing.

When signing up, make sure you read the "contract" on that crappy piece of paper he has you sign. Because when you're forced to move, he doesn't take anything into consideration except that "he has your signature on file" and "it isn't his job to babysit you."

I went in to cancel 2 days before my monthly payment was due, and the lady at the counter said in order to cancel I would have to pay a $288 buy-out fee. I left a note asking him not to charge my card until he called me because I had moved. Not only did he charge my card for the month, but because my card didn't go through (my bank switched cards causing me to switch my card numbers 2 nights prior to that) I got charged a late fee of $35.00, and 2 other charges unaccounted for. He called me on the 17 informing me my card did not go through, and I told him what was going on and asked if I could come in and pay cash for the money I "owed" him because I didn't want my card on file in his establishment any longer. He said yes, that was fine.

I paid him 110 in cash that I never got a receipt for, and the following Saturday 73 more dollars came out of my account. That Monday I called and asked him what was going on, and all he kept saying was "I don't have time to babysit you. You should have read the contract."

I asked for a copy of my contract and a list of all of the "fees" I was charged (75.00 and 35.00 in cash that is unaccounted for) along with the receipt from the cash transaction I never received.

3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on that email...

HOT beds ! Great Service. Definately worth the $$.............When I am in town, I always come here to tan because their beds are fast and give me great color. Always the newest products at great prices.

AWESOME spray tans !. I typically dont tan really well in tanning beds so they suggested the mystic tan booth........got a great deal on a mystic membership so now I look bronze and dont have to spend time laying in the beds !!! Fast and convenient

Where its always a gr8 day 2 tan !. My friends and I love going here because the beds work really well , salon is always clean , and prices are gr8 !!!

Perfect place 2 tan !. Love going there to tan ! I have switched over to their Mystic Tan membership and LOVE it..........Best place around !
