I'm afraid I must agree with DTRUTH. I am very disappointed in the service and workmanship from this company. The painter did not remove any of the hardware when he painted thus getting paint on all of the door handles (which were relatively new), the woodwork has big places where there is not much paint; when the quarter round was painted, the new ceramic tile was also painted. All in all, a very poor job. Too many things to name, but the owner of Medrano's reply to us really took the cake. When we pointed out the things, he replied, "I thought you were a nice guy Mr. ..." "We did a good job for you." I hate to see his bad jobs if this is the case. Anyway, he was NOT interested in taking care of his contractors' mistakes--all he wanted was his money, and consequently, fools that we were, we paid him to get him out of our house. I might add, my husband is a nice guy and we are both senior citizens on a fixed income, so feel we were really taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CONTRACTORS WERE LATE EVERY SINGLE DAY, DID NOT LAY TILES CORRECTLY, NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CONTRACTOR AND CUSTOMER, OWNER CAME TO LOOK AT FINISHED JOB AND SAID OH WELL IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN ADDITIONAL $800 TO LEVEL YOUR FLOOR IF YOU WANTED THEM LAYED STRAIGHT, BUT NEVER GAVE US THAT OPTION, HE WAS JUST ASSUMING OUR FLOOR WAS NOT LEVEL, SAID SORRY YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH US AND SAID WELL WE WILL REPLACE SOME TILES BUT THAT'S IT, DID NOT SEEM GENUINELY CONCERNED WITH THE BAD JOB THEY DID, EVEN THEIR OWN CONTRACTORS CAME OUT AND SAID IT WAS A TERRIBLE JOB THEY DID WHEN THEY CAME TO REPLACE SOME TILES THAT WERE CRACKED . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

GREAT TILE COMPANY. I recently looked at several companies to do my shower and ceramic floors and found Medrano's in CLK (El Dorado Blvd) the most knowledgeable and experience. I had Mr. Raymond Medrano come to our home, estimate and start the following day. They finished the job without any problems. The transaction went smoothly. We are very pleased with my choice to go with Medrano's Spr Tile & Marble Company. I will go back for more future work. They have been in my community for over 10 years with a store front and I am pleased to have people in our community with businesses that take care of people within the community and care. GREAT JOB!

Called back to do more work in June 2010. I am so pleased to have used them, they are professional people, even though I am a very picky person they made me feel comfortable with their customer attention, the service was great. Thank you Medrano for another great job! Will highly recommend you to anyone. GREAT JOB!!!

Best Service in Town. I had Medrano's come to give us an estimate after I had water damage in my home. I needed painting, resheetrocking work, and flooring to be done. Mr.. Medrano came to our home and gave us an estimate, showed us samples and gave us suggestions on patterns and installation options. Medrano's was punctual did a beautiful job on our shower, floor, and carpet and painting. I will never go to any other contractor without first asking if Medrano's would be willing to do the job. This is a Christian family owned business that cared about me, treated me with respect, and made us feel comfortable. The installers were so polite and respectful; this is what you expect a contractor to be like. I would recommend this company to everyone!
