Wow! Thank you so much Tad! I never dreamed that I would be sitting here without even a reduction! When you told me you thought we should go to trial I couldn't even breath.....But WOW! I can't tell you how much I loved hearing those two magically words. Not Guilty! Tad Nelson & Associates is a can't miss.....TRUST ME!

YOU'RE JUST A PAYCHECK. I was very poorly represented by Tad Nelson and he did not explain things very well. He pushed me to just take a plea bargain for a charge that I should have fought. He told me it was not a big deal, that I could just take deferred adjudication and as soon as I successfully finished my probation it would be dropped off my record like it never happened. So since this was significantly cheaper then going to trial and I took it. I found out afterwards that was a lie and that deferred adjudication does not just drop off your record. When I tried to contact him after I found this out to find out what I needed to do to have my record fixed he would not take my calls or return them. What a waste of $7,500 to have him show up to court 3 times for less then an hour each time, (twice just for rescheduling and the third to sign papers) just to throw me on the 1st plea bargain they offered. I could have done that myself. Basically, he just took the money and ran.

Great Attorney, Knows the System, Will not sugarcoat it just give you facts and options. Outstanding, just the facts kind of person, Did everything he said he would, and got the decision he said we would get one year before we got it. Would recommend to anybody in need of an attorney.

Warning: If you are looking for sympathy, this is not the guy. However if your wanting a straight shooting attorney who will give you the best value for the buck this is your guy. (He is not cheap)

tad nelson /parttime attorney. tad nelson is running for city council in league city and is only partially interested in his clients. I would rate him 4.5.
