Solid American comfort food, generous portions and variety distinguish this tasteful Galleria grill reminiscent of the 1920s.. The Scene
Famished Galleria shoppers and Westin hotel guests come as they are and hungry for American fare, from burgers and chops to crab cakes and martinis. The interior is clubby, with dark polished woods and a handsome leather-trimmed bar. Brown- and beige-checked floors anchoring roomy booths lend a familiar Americana-diner feel, and service is smooth.

The Food
The large, rich chicken pot pie steams with white chicken chunks, cream, carrots and peas. Tender meat loaf, also massive, satisfies with its vegetable-laced interior, lush brown gravy and a mountain of buttery mashed potatoes. Lighter is the frosty-chilled gazpacho, tangy and crisp with ribbons of cucumber and silky avocado garnish. Don't miss the nostalgic strawberry shortcake, an ethereal stack of fresh baked biscuits, whipped cream and sweet, juicy berries.

Great!. I never go to the Galleria without stopping by The Daily Grill. It has become one of my favorite places in the Galleria. A nice place to meet family and friends for lunch or dinner!

GREAT COZY ROMANTIC RESTAURANT!. I've been to The Daily Grill over three times now and just love it! The atmosphere is wonderful - the rich mahogony booths and bar with low lighting make for a romantic evening. The cobb sandwich is my favorite thing on the menu, as well as any one of the desserts. They also have a huge selection of martini's. I prefer going to the bar area over the restaurant since it has such a great feel to it with the big TV's and great seating. I have also had amazing service everytime I've been there, especially at the bar.

Misdirected.. This is a great unknown.It's stuck in the back of the mall with very little traffic.The directions from the mall directory has them on the third floor,excuse me,there on the second floor.The food is fantastic,I had the Chinese chicken Salad,my date had the skirt steak,the portions and the sides were huge the people were all around us,but not annoying.Service at the bar and in the dining room were outstanding.Were going back.
