I Will Never Try To Cheap Out Again. I was part of a wedding last year and all the girls had their make-up done at Facade. I thought I was going to be cleaver and went to a place that shall remain nameless in the Galleria. Let us just say that I should have know by how scary the man's make-up was that it would have been prudent to skip out. I looked like a drag queen! One of the girls called Facade and said I had "arrived late and could I be worked in" which they did. I washed my face and ran over to Uptown park. It was perfect and lasted until I fell face down on the bed at 2am.

Facade. One more thing, don't go browsing into a store that you probably don't have any business going into. Facade is nothing but a fine upscale establishment and wouldn't have someone working there that was rude or didn't know what he was talking about. And yes, you do refer to there brochures......

Facade is the best!. This is a wonderful place. I am always very pleased when I leave facade. The "guy" behind the counter has always been helpful and courteous,and gave me his time of day.Never once has he slouched over the counter! Everybody in the store is very helpful, no matter what time or day it is.

best spot in town for makeup!. facade is hands down the best spot in houston not only to buy makeup, but to find exclusive product lines and get seasonal updates/lessons.

the staff is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. and the owner, corinne, is tops! i go in over and over with the same face, but leave feeling prettier and current every time!

Horrible Rude Place. I went into this shop on a Saturday afternoon. It was empty except for a "guy" who was leaning across a counter to lazy to stand up or even say hello. I said to him, " I thought I might come in and see what you have and are about" . He said nothing. I then went over to some counters to look at the makeup, I asked if they had any information in a brochure and he said , we dont do brochures just go to the website.

After a few minutes I said, can you tell me something about these products -what they are made of? He said, " the ingredients are on the box", I said well thats not really helpful, I would like to know something about what is in your products. He said " I cant tell you everything that is in our products", I said is there someone who can, he said, I know everything. I said well I want to know the primary ingredients, if they are natural or have a lot of chemicals. He said ' well they arent mineral make up". I said well what kind of chemicals are in them,do they have some petrolum based products and a lot of artifical chemicals? He said "Oh yea some do".

During this whole time he just slouched over the counter, never offering to help, never speaking to me, just being very rude to me. This was a horrible place they should fire that guy he was a real A*S

The best makeup artist!!. I use to go to Edward Sanchez to have my make-up done. Thought he was good until he stood me up twice in a row. I was referd to Kelly by a good friend, and can I please tell you that she is truely talented. I will never go to anyone else ever again. She listens to what you want and the result is exactly what you had pictured in your head, and then some. I highly recommend her. As for everyone else that works at Facade their work is pretty amazing as well. Be careful that you dont get into an accident on your way home, all you will want to do is look at yourself in your mirrors.

Best Make-up instruction!. I have had both Kelly and Jenny do my make up for special events. They are both great. Kelly has given me a lesson and an update. She is a wonderful teacher, and I often get asked where I got my make-up done. It's so nice to tell people that I did it myself. I would highly recommend visiting Facade.
