“do not hesitate to recommend this for a romantic dinner”
“Great place to dine before a show, the food is awesome - great seafood, pasta and desserts are sinful.”
“Quattro is a great restaurant and bar!”
“We've been to Quattro several times over the past 10 years, and I fear with the departure of the great Tim Keating a couple of years ago, the food at the Four Seasons has not recovered,”
“The staff was friendly and helpful with explaining menu items.”
“great place to eat between NY & LA!”
“The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to assist with special requests.”
“First you tear down your old, 5 diamond restaurant (which was one of my favorite sunday brunch spots) and then you re-open with this new, wonderful restaurant which is better?! I don't know how you guys do it, but you've done it again! Working downtown, I”
“My only complaint is that lunchtime service can be very slow, which I find surprising since most diners are businessmen and lawyers who can't afford a two-hour lunch.”

Visit Quattro in the Four Seasons hotel for delectable Italian from chef Maurizio Ferrarese -- who came to Houston straight from Florence. Indulge in a house-made pasta or his fantastic rotisserie chicken. His risottos are also fantastic. On weekends, the buffet brunch is one of the best in town.

This is one of my picks for brunch in town, the atmosphere is elegant, food top notch & service impeccable.
Excellent Italian American Food in Beautiful Setting. Everything about my husband and I's time at Quattro was fabulous! Our cocktails were wonderful, there home made bread and olives...amazing. My fennel and parsnip soup was very tasty. My husbands Grilled Portobella mushroom salad was delicious. We shared a filet mignon and mushroom risotto which was excellent from first bite to last. The wine list is lengthy and packed full of hard to find gems. Very romantic.
A great night!. My wife and I spent our anniversary dinner here and had a great time. The food was outstanding with very subtle flavors. The service was also the best. Guests were spread around the restaurant so that we had lots of privacy and we were treated like royalty. Anyone who wants a great night should go there!
Four Seasons restaurant features fashionable Italian dining in Euro-sleek style..
The Scene
This hotel restaurant is curvaceous and elegant, with an antipasti bar, silky banquettes, mod Italian lighting and stunning private rooms. Discriminating travelers and movers and shakers fill this bustling downtown destination known for accommodating service and exclusive wines.
The Food
For a cool taste of the Italian Mediterranean, catch the seafood tower stacked with fresh lobster, shrimp, oysters, a daily seviche and mussels. Dine American style on a juicy rib eye with fragrant truffled fries or the superb smoky double-grilled pork chop piled with buttery corn and shelling peas. Well-executed penne pasta is lavish, with trebbiano wine-cream sauce, spicy chicken, shrimp and fennel sausage. Scrumptious miniatures like the rustic pear tart or tropical mango mousse allow you to get your just desserts.
A hotel find.... They have excellent service. A dim room makes for a great atmosphere. Watch for special dining events.
Great romantic spot. i have dined here several times and the quality of food is excellent and consistent. i do not hesitate to recommend this for a romantic dinner
Wonderful Ambiance and Food. I have now dined at Quattro twice in the last few months and both times I have been thoroughly impressed. The lamb chops 'n' shank is out of this world. Wonderful wine selection. This restaurant is a wonderful place for a date or a quiet dinner with friends. Service is above average but nothing special. If I had to complain, I would say they need to work a little on their dessert selection.
Sunday Brunch Spectacular.
WOW! Brunch at Quattro is an amazing thing. The appetizer buffet is a meal in itself and includes a wonderful chef behind the bar to explain everything. The main course choices were outstanding and my snapper was mouth watering! Who knew a golden raisin emulsion could be so divine? Lastly the dessert buffet was incredible. It has a wide variety of bite size treats so you don't have to settle on just one, more fun than a grown-up should be allowed!
The service was a bit slow in explaining how things worked, but once we got the hang of it our 2 1/2 hours were very enjoyable. Of the 5 of us, 3 had never been and are now sworn to return! For $32 you enjoy one bar drink (try the fresh bellini), all of the above and valet parking.
Ask for the Wine Cellar. Last I took a date to Quattro's for her birthday and the experience was wonderful. We had a private table in the wine cellar that was incredible. The service was top notch from walking in the door to walking out the door. The entrees were very flavorful and the desserts were to die for. The only disappointment was the ribeye. It was a little too done for my tastes, but my expeiences have taught me that is is hard to get a good steak cooked to a perfect "Medium" in Houston. Nevertheless it was a very pleasurable experience.
notsohot. Went there on a Sunday night before the theatre. We were sadly disappointed in the food and even more disappointed in the service.
great place downtown. Yes the portion sizes are a bit small but the bill was alot lower than other places like Marks or La Reserve. I think the food here was equivalent to Marks. The crab bisque was very good and perfectly seasoned. The lamb chop was sooo tender!! The service was very good.. they guessed it was our anniversary somehow and gave us complimentary champagne and chocolate truffles!
