I would never go anywhere else!. I have been going to Visible Changes at Willowbrook for at least 10 years. I would trust NO ONE other than Quinton with my color! I usually go blonde with some lowlights to add depth and it always looks great! For haircut/blowdry I usually go to Celina. She is fun, and will always show you how much she is taking off before snipping. When Celina is out I go to Jesse. I just got my hair done last week and Jesse did an amazing job! She's a little more expensive than Celina, but worth it for a great cut!

Best Haircut & Color / Highlights in Houston - Lon D. can create any style with her cut and Cina H. is a Chemical Magician!!. I have been going to Lon D. for haircuts and Cina H. for color / highlights for over 10 years. I have strayed a few times and tried haircuts or color from other stylists that friends have recommended. These services usually cost more than I pay for all the services I get at Visible Changes, I have ALWAYS come running back (usually for corrections)!! The company itself just knows how to hire, train and retain great stylists but I know the two I see - (again, Lon D for haircuts and Cina H. for color) are the best they have. Occassionally I get the idea to try something completely new and I feel 100% confident letting either one of these two professionals do whatever they think is best. I am pretty conservative and they always create something with a new fresh look but still fitting my narrow acceptance of change. I highly recommend their services! Both Lon and Cina are Senior/Master level professionals which just says they have tons of training, longevity in the business and are usually booked days in advance - so call and request an appointment and you won't be sorry.

A great place for hair care!. I have been going to Visible Changes at Willowbrook Mall for the last 5 years for my haircuts and highlights. I love Cina for my highlights and Tanya or CK or Ericka for my haircuts. Nearly everyone on staff there is talented and capable. Avoid going on weekends because it is so busy then. Try to go during the week when it's less hectic. Overall, it's a great place for hair care!

CHEMICAL QUEENS!!!!!!!!!. I took the plunge and put a box color on my hair ... and my hair turned green/grey ash color.... it was horrible.. i called visible changes the next morning, got an appointment and went in. I was paired up w/ Erica L who I am thinking is a real life miracle worker. She was honest and warned me that my hair may not take the color, and that it might not last, etc, etc... but she was going to try to fix it.... I went home feeling very nervous about my hair falling out and turning grey again, just because of the damage I had done to it.... BUT... that girl worked some kind of miracle and my hair looks really good... especially considering the horrible trauma i caused it. ;-) THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ERICA AND MIRIAM FOR SAVING MY HAIR... and probably my job, too... ;-) YALL WERE AWESOME!! And, yeah, visible changes is known for being pricey, but i paid just under 70$ and i found that to be really reasonable....I highly recommend this lady.... for your chemical/ color issues...

Love this place!. I highly recommend VC Willowbrook. I have been going there for a very long time. Cina is a great colorist and does exactly what I want each time. She takes her time with your hair and makes sure the results are to your satisfaction! Beatrice is a wonderful hair stylist. She has been cutting my hair, as well as my Mom's as well, and also achieves a great look each and every time. I get compliments on my color and cut all the time! Def would recommend to friends and family!

Quality Service, but Expensive and you may end up spending a lot of time waiting. I've been to VC in the Willowbrook Mall about 5 times to get highlights and lowlights as well as a cut and style. I have always left completely satisfied by the results, but the $130 price tag accompanied by having 3 people that you are supposed to tip is a rather high in my opinion. Also, when you get done, in order to leave a tip, you write the amount on your credit card slip, they give you that in cash, and then you have to go back and find each person to hand them the tip in person which I find highly annoying especially since they often seem to have gone on break or something about that time. Finally, most of the time I have spent a great deal of time waiting between each service (between 10 and 50 minutes each), the colorist, then the shampooer, and finally the person who does the cut. If you are prepared to wait and don't mind the cost and inconvenient tipping method, then I would recommend them, but personally, I'm looking for another place.

Chayla really listens and does EXCELLENT work!!!!. Chayla was sooooo helpful. I had been frustrated with my "chopped up, multi-level -messed-up hair" and she listened and made me smile with the result she created. My hair cut is now feathery, smooth and I can curl it or just just brush it, whatever strikes my fancy. I am so grateful and will schedule future appointments with her for my hair cuts.

Great cut & color!. I have been going to this location for years. I left a few times to find a better (cheaper) deal, but they just can't be beat. Petit always does a great job on my cuts and Cina's color is fabulous! Highly recommend both of them! They are so worth the money!

Great Haircuts and Color. So i went to Visible Changes on Monday. Quinton and Chayla did my color and cut and they did an awesome job. They were nice and you clearly can see they knew what they were doing. I highly recommended both.

awful appointment - don't go there!. I was so disappointed with the way my appointment was handled. I had 50 minutes to get the lady I was supposed to get and was not told when I checked in. I got my highlights and then Jennie told me I would have to wait 50 minutes so they put me with Geraldine who was supposed to be as good as Jennie. I would never go back to this visible changes again. I am leaving on vacation in 3 weeks and pray my hair will grow enough to get it straightened out somewhere else before I leave. The most disappointed service I have ever received anywhere. Although she had told me she knew how to cut naturally curly hair she left hunks cut out of it. A real mess!!!!!!
