THE WORST. I brought my car in for headlamp replacement for my V8 Touareg. They took it upon themselves to replace all ignition coils as part of recall. Problem is, they never put the covers back on the engine after replacing the coils, I SAW these covers on the engine with my own eyes only a few days before. They were there. When I went to pick up car, they were GONE. Derrick, the service manager tried to tell me they were missing when I brought the car in. Problem is, they were there days before and nobody else had opened the hood! When I told him this he shrugged it off and said he disagreed. When I asked him how much to replace these he said "over 400 dollars". So let me get this straight- I bring them a $55K car and they take off parts and do not put them back, then try to gouge me for 400 more dollars?I would not take your car here for service- seriously- unless you like to be ripped off. I am done with all VW products. I also have a Lexus and BMW and have never had such issues including in my opinion, deception and lies. VW USA needs to disavow any connection with these charlatans.

I am really disappointed because I like the car but I cannot deal with that level of service-its just not worth it.
